Alex Paul is an exceptional photographer with a true gift for capturing the most beautiful moments of not just the couple/family but of the surrounding atmosphere creating stunning images to remember and cherish forever. We used Alex for our engagement photos as well as our wedding photos and we cannot wait to work with him again in the future to capture more special moments in our life. We are not local to Cape Cod but would make the trip back up in a heartbeat to work with him again, that’s how great he is! (He also loves to travel!)

We did our engagement photos a year in advance of our wedding, which we used for our Save the Date’s and also created a calendar, which we ordered through the professional print shop he provides access to! We loved the calendar so much we want to order another one using our wedding photos, but selecting 12 out of the hundreds of incredible photos will not be easy! The professional printing shop has so many wonderful products to choose from, and we will definitely be ordering a wedding album!

Alex Paul is more than just a talented photographer. He is a genuinely funny, kind, silly and easy-going person who can make even the most camera-shy people relaxed and confident. The morning of my wedding I was a bit flustered with all that was going on but Alex walked through the door beaming with excitement, which was utterly contagious. He gave me the biggest hug and immediately started orchestrating things so that I could relax. We were on a tight timeline to get photos done before the sun set, but Alex was fast, efficient, and wrangled our wedding party and all of our guests together with ease nailing every shot!

Alex got along so well with everyone at our wedding, and we received an enormous amount of positive feedback from their interactions with Alex! When the sneak peek came out within 24 hours, our close family and friends (as well as us) were stunned! The day went so fast and was an absolute blur after, but Alex captured beautiful and special moments that brought all the emotion and feeling back from the day! We were all speechless and admired them over and over and over again in awe. Less than a month after our wedding, Alex sent the full album and I have done nothing but scroll through the photos laughing and crying for three days straight! Looking at those photos will never get old.

We hired Alex Paul to photograph our wedding at Wychmere Beach Club after he photographed my best friends wedding (and did an incredible job!) and could not be happier with our experience! Alex is responsive, professional, and hilarious (what a bonus!). He did a fantastic job directing photos throughout our wedding day to make the process both enjoyable and efficient leaving us ample time to mingle with guests and not miss out on any of the celebration! We just received our album (with an incredibly quick turnaround) and had so much fun re-living our special day with a great blend of portrait and candid photos!

We got married at The Wang Theatre in Boston, and we knew we wanted a photographer who could capture the beauty of the building we had chosen to get married in. Alex did not disappoint!!! We were so thrilled with our photos. Alex's artistic vision is brilliant and everyone we know has been raving about our photos.

Alex made the planning process easy. All phone calls with him were easy to schedule and he even hopped on a call late in the evening to accommodate our busy schedules. He used an easy to edit Google Doc Sheet to keep up with our wedding details and was always prepared whenever we spoke to him.

On the day of the wedding, Alex and his second shooter, Violet, arrived early and were on time. They were super professional and had a happy energy, adding to the excitement of the day. We chose not to do a first look, which made the photo timeline tight. But,  Alex navigated that challenge with grace and we whipped through the family portraits with time to spare, allowing a little extra time for our couple portraits- just like we had asked.

Alex is a pro. Do yourself a favor and hire him as your wedding photographer!!! :)

Alex Paul is hands down BEST photographer, ever! My husband and I got married this August on Cape and we hired Alex Paul for our Engagement photos (Boston), Rehearsal dinner, + Wedding day photos (Cape Cod). I can’t say enough about how talented and professional Alex Paul is. He has such a fun, unique, candid approach that we LOVED. Not only is he an incredible photographer, but he is excellent at giving directions for pictures and is fast + efficient. Us and our entire bridal party was obsessed with both Alex and his second shooter, Kadri because they both made everyone feel at ease. Alex was able to fit right in with everyone and make us feel comfortable in front of the camera.  There have been so much incredible feedback on interactions as well as the unbelievable quality of photos. My husband and I received our photos for each event (engagement, wedding, etc) SO quickly and we were impressed with his digital platform, it made it easy to download, post, and save the photos. He even gives the access to print though the portal as well! The pictures perfectly captured our special day and were EXACTLY what we were looking for. His unique eye for capturing beautiful pictures of not just the couple, but also the guest and overall details of the day is truly top notch.
