Embarking on the journey to plan your wedding can be both thrilling and overwhelming, but with Jeannie Savage at the helm, couples experience a seamless blend of creativity, luxury, and meticulous attention to detail. Jeannie is not just a wedding planner; she is a dream weaver who transforms your most cherished visions into reality, ensuring that every element of your big day is nothing short of spectacular.

Comprehensive Planning Services Tailored to Every Couple

"Our company offers 3 levels of service, from full planning to partial planning to 2 months out coordination," explains Jeannie. She emphasizes the flexibility of their services, tailored to fit the unique needs of each couple. "I've never believed that we should only offer full planning, since there are many of us coordinators with different skill sets, we are able to accommodate the varying needs out there."

Jeannie and her team have a fondness for large resorts that offer both indoor and outdoor spaces. "Many of our clients do not live in California, so its ideal that the venue has rooms and along with other hotels within a 10-mile radius," they state. This strategic choice in venue selection ensures convenience for guests and a beautiful backdrop for the event.

A Memorable Wedding Experience

Reflecting on her most memorable project, Jeannie recalls, "I planned a 1200+ person wedding multiple day wedding, with John Legend performing the first dance song. I'm still amazed at the amount of guests we had. We had 12 greeters and 10 floaters inside, it took about an hour for everyone to get seated, "you are at table 136 Sir,'" she laughs. This event not only showcased her ability to manage large-scale events but also her capacity to create intimate moments in grand settings.

Overcoming Challenges with Innovation and Expertise

Discussing the challenges the team faces, they share, "Some venues don't have hang points due to it being an old ballroom or they never invested in the infrastructure." They elaborate on their innovative solutions, "If we are in an open space such as a grass field, and Clients want something above their dance floor. We would have to build a tent or truss structure to achieve this goal."

Jeannie Savage stresses the importance of discussing the budget early on. "There are so many beautiful images out there on social media so its easy to get trapped in the fantasy, with over the top decor, even AI is not helping. As a wedding planner, transparency and communication is key. Offering alternatives or suggestions that fit within budget,” they say.

Dream Venue

When asked about her dream venue, Jeannie doesn't hesitate. "The Huntington Library, Art Museum and Botanical Gardens. This venue is a beast, probably the most challenging space I have ever worked from an approval process, to setting up. Due to the nature of the Venue, there are alot of committees that need to approve what is being brought in, it it can cause damager to their artwork or landscaping. even parking for vendors are in a far lot which require small vans or shuttles to be driven to the event location. The scale of the space is like an amusement park. But they have the most spectacular gardens and architectural buildings you can find in LA."

For couples planning their wedding, Jeannie Savage offers more than just planning services; she offers a partnership. Her approach ensures that every wedding is not only a reflection of the couple's desires but also a celebration that they and their guests will remember forever. With her extensive experience, commitment to budget-friendly solutions, and a cap of 20 weddings per year to maintain quality, Jeannie Savage is truly a guardian of your wedding day dreams.
