I am so grateful to have had Jeannie as my wedding planner. She is a genius when it comes to design and execution of large events. Her poise and calm demeanor on the day of the wedding was contagious. She planned and executed a wedding beyond my wildest dreams. The day was so magical and so breathtaking thanks to her and all the vendors she recommended.
From the officiant and rehearsal dinner recommendation to the immaculate floral design of the wedding, everything was done so incredibly well. Our wedding was straight out of a fairy tale.
Jeannie is a hard working individual that makes one of the most stressful planning challenges of ones life look effortless. Her attention to detail and ability to execute perfection is second to none. She is also very down to earth, humble and kind-hearted. If you're getting married, you HAVE to hire Kristi. She helped me find the perfect wedding venue for me and plan my DREAM wedding at the Nobu Hotel in Cabo (fireworks, sparklers, flowers galore...you can see more on my Instagram @cynthiamhuang). All our guests were beyond wow-ed by everything because every detail was fully thought through for our 4-day wedding weekend, all thanks to Kristi. Hiring her was truly the best decision I made, because once she was onboard, it was the most comforting feeling to know she was seeing every email (and responding super quick!), reviewing all the contracts/quotes and sharing her thoughts with us, recommending her best vendors to us (which they were all AMAZING). She also took the vision I wanted (traditional ceremony, luxurious reception, clubby afterparty) and literally brought it to life. She made so many turnkey decisions when I couldn't pick and recommended so many different things that helped pull it all together.
A few things that make Kristi really stand out:
1) She's extremely smart and has years of industry experience, so she will help you stretch your budget and maximize the impact of your $. I had TONS of ideas and wanted to do it all, but she really helped me prioritize the ones that were worth it and most high impact.
2) Her eye for things. If you look at her instagram, all of her events are BEAUTIFUL. They can be different vibes/aesthetics, but they are all luxurious and drop dead gorgeous. When you're planning, you don't actually get to see how everything will look, so you have to believe in the decisions you make and that they'll work together (tables, dance floor, lighting, florals). Thank goodness for Kristi because I was hitting major decision paralysis and couldn't make up my mind / couldn't decide what would look good together, and she really took charge and helped bring the vision/vibes I wanted to life.
3) How much she cares about her clients. We had some trouble with a few of the venues we were hosting events at and Kristi really supported us through it all. Emails, phone calls, she was on it, and seeing how committed she was to helping us meant a lot. During our wedding weekend, she went above and beyond to make sure everything flowed smoothly and us and our guests were all enjoying ourselves.

I can not imagine navigating florals/decor without her; she is a wealth of knowledge, and has great taste. Well, as luck would have it, the rain stopped, the sun came out one hour before the ceremony, and we had the outdoor ceremony as planned! Thankful for Kristi's attention to detail and professionalism throughout the planning process and her calm demeanor while I felt like a nervous wreck!
