Despina and Aaron's Destination Wedding at the Pyrgos Petreza

The couple decided to change noisy London and plunge into the atmosphere of an idyllic Pyrgos Petreza in Greece. It took 8 months to arrange the destination wedding.
The garden is ideal for celebrating a wedding at any time of the year. What could be more beautiful than the harmonious combination of the perfect climate, authentic architecture and sunny weather? To celebrate their special day, the couple chose a truly beautiful place in Athens. The wedding turned out to be truly magical and elegant. Flowers and lights were used as accents.

Despina found her perfect bridal gown Bloomfeld Luxury Bridal. Her Berta dress was made by hand. The couple had a getting-ready photoshoot at the King George hotel, in Athens.

Ceremony

Pyrgos Petreza is a beautiful venue in Attica, combining wine and vineyards with wedding dinner and gastronomy. The exterior spaces of the venue combined with gardens, designed in full harmony with the natural environment, became an ideal location for the ceremony. They compose a detailed mosaic of colors and odors, plants, flowers and herbs combined with wedding decor. Everything looked perfect.

Wedding Venue & Decor

The couple married at the Pyrgos Petreza which is quite honestly one of the most beautiful venues in Greece.
English garden, a lot of flowers and lights were the key elements in the wedding decor. Green, white and soft pink were chosen as the main colors for the wedding.

Reception

Then the guests were invited to the authentic celebration. The wedding became an intimate day full of their beloved close ones. For their first dance the couple chose At Last by Etta James.
