A romantic and modern style defined the entire day, with lush floral designs setting the tone for the celebration. One of the most remarkable aspects was the evolving color palette—soft, airy hues for the outdoor ceremony and cocktail reception, gradually deepening into rich, atmospheric tones for dinner and the evening party. “The idea was to create a true visual journey that followed the rhythm of the day and gave the guests a new experience at every step.” Much of this inspiration came from the natural surroundings of the venue itself, which became the perfect canvas for their dream day.

Morning Details

The day began with beautiful, personalized touches that reflected the couple's attention to detail. The elegant wedding invitations were designed by @ateliermalherbe, setting the tone for the sophisticated celebration to come.

When it came to choosing their wedding rings, Pauline and Melvyn sought expert guidance, visiting Rabat in Barcelona—the biggest and most curated jewelry store in the city,where they received some really great advice.

For Pauline, jewelry held special meaning beyond tradition. She wore the jewelry Melvyn had given her for both their children's births, making the day even more meaningful. This thoughtful detail added layers of love and memory to her bridal look.

Bride Getting Ready

Pauline's bridal preparation took place at the venue itself, surrounded by her closest supporters—her bridesmaids and mother. The intimate setting allowed for relaxed, natural moments to be captured as she transformed into a radiant bride.

Her wedding dress came from @pronovias, found at their flagship store in Barcelona. The gown perfectly embodied her romantic yet modern style, creating the foundation for her stunning bridal look. She completed her ensemble with a classic veil, adding that timeless bridal touch. Her bridal bouquet was nothing short of spectacular, created by @daniel.lafuente_projects—a stunning bouquet that managed to be both grand and delicate all at once, embodying the balance of drama and delicacy that defined their entire celebration.

Groom Getting Ready

Melvyn's preparation was equally thoughtful and refined. He chose a 100% tailored tuxedo from @santaeulalia1843, ensuring every detail was perfectly fitted for his special day. Like Pauline, Melvyn had his getting-ready photos taken at the venue itself, surrounded by his ushers.

Ceremony

The ceremony took place in the enchanting Monica Gardens area of Finca Mas Solers, creating an outdoor sanctuary for their sacred vows. The couple made a deliberate choice to have a religious ceremony outdoors rather than in a church, but they wanted to maintain the solemnity of the ceremony.

To achieve this vision, they sought to recreate the feel and look of a church and integrate it into the outdoor spaces of the venue. They created three arches to recall the arches of churches—the three arches represented the Trinity and were inspired by traditional church architecture. “The aisle leading to the altar was mirrored to reflect the sky, creating a communion between the entire environment, the sky and the earth.”

The musical selections were performed live by @milamusicbcn, adding an intimate, personal touch to each moment. Melvyn walked down to You Are The Reason by Calum Scott, followed by the processional with Oh Happy Day from Sister Act, and finally, Pauline made her grand entrance to Can't Help Falling in Love by Kina Grannis.

The ceremony concluded with an unexpected surprise that delighted everyone present. At the end of the ceremony, the kiss was highlighted with colorful smoke bombs, which surprised everyone and created a moment of joy and celebration that perfectly captured the couple's playful yet romantic spirit.

Photoshoot After The Ceremony

Following their vows, the newlyweds took advantage of the venue's most picturesque spots for their post-ceremony portraits. They chose the gardens and the arches areas of the venue, allowing them to capture the beauty of their ceremony space while creating their first quiet moments together as husband and wife.

Wedding Venue & Decor

The couple's choice of Finca Mas Solers was a true love-at-first-sight moment. Living near the venue, “we simply fell in love with it as we passed by.” The entrance, with its fountains leading to the main building, is truly magnificent.

Their color palette was carefully designed to evolve throughout the celebration. Pastel colors graced the ceremony and cocktail hour, while deeper shades enhanced the dinner and party atmosphere. Pink and its variations predominated throughout. For the outdoors, the couple added touches of blue, while indoors they introduced violet.

Personal touches were woven throughout the décor, including personalized sunglasses, fans, and guest books. One particularly modern touch was their video call setting, made unique with a custom neon sign displaying their family name, ensuring that loved ones who couldn't attend in person felt included in their special day.

Reception

The celebration continued with a first dance that was as unique as the couple themselves—a medley of several songs that perfectly represented their musical tastes and personalities.

The culinary experience featured international food with Spanish touches, honoring both their backgrounds and their Spanish wedding location. The couple's favorite cocktail was served throughout the evening, ensuring their personal preferences were reflected in every detail. The wedding cake was created by @marcsuarez.art, a work of edible art that perfectly complemented their romantic aesthetic.

The evening reached its crescendo with an absolutely spectacular finale. The dinner concluded with a magnificent piromusical show of over 10 minutes, featuring original effects including flame animations and fireworks, which left all the guests speechless—as well as the couple, who hadn't expected such a breathtaking result. This surprise from their wedding planner created the perfect ending to a perfect day.
