"I’ve always had a deep love for cinema," Diana shares. "My journey into filming started about ten years ago when I moved from Belarus to the U.S. What began as a hobby slowly turned into a profession, and I’m so grateful that my full-time job is doing what I truly love."
Wedding videography has been Diana’s full-time profession for the past eight years, and she couldn’t be happier with her career choice. "It’s been an incredible journey, and I feel so fortunate to be part of such an important day in people’s lives."
When asked to describe her style, Diana says, "I like to describe my style as cinematic storytelling. Since I aspire to film movies, I approach every wedding as if I’m creating one. I look for the main characters, along with sweet and funny moments that might go unnoticed by the bride and groom but can be cherished later when they watch their wedding film."
Her love for cinema is deeply woven into her work, making each wedding film a rich narrative that transcends the ordinary.
Diana is a proud advocate of Sony equipment, currently shooting on the Sony FX3. "I'm a huge fan of Sony! I shoot on Sony fx3 at the moment and in love with it's dynamic range and low-light performance," Diana explains. The combination of high-quality gear and her creative vision ensures that every shot is as stunning as the next.
For Diana, the best part of being a wedding videographer is creating a timeless keepsake for the couple. "A chance to tell a story that someone will be cherishing throughout years after the wedding day."
Diana believes in the power of building a strong connection with her couples. "I always schedule a call to get to know the couple better and ensure we share the same taste and vision. This helps me make sure we’re a perfect fit for each other! I also encourage them to simply be themselves, which is the key to creating a timeless wedding video."
For couples planning their big day, Diana’s advice is simple yet impactful: "My main advice is to be present and fully in the moment, trusting their professional vendors to handle the rest. Wedding days fly by quickly, so it’s important to savor every second and truly enjoy the experience."
Diana is no stranger to destination weddings, and she loves to travel for her craft. "I LOVE traveling for weddings! Being from Europe myself, I get especially excited about European destinations. I also enjoy filming in warm and sunny Mexico, especially during Seattle’s rainy months."
