“My journey began in childhood. I’ve always been a traveler and a video enthusiast. These two passions grew together over time,” Vangelis shares. Long before he turned his lens toward weddings, he found his voice filming life on the move—capturing light, landscapes, and fleeting expressions from every corner of the globe.
“For me, filmmaking is not just a job; it's a source of energy and inspiration.”
This foundation in exploration gave his work an unmistakable richness, one that resonates through every wedding he films.
Though Vangelis officially entered the wedding world in 2021, his intuition and visual language feel far more seasoned.
“It might seem like a recent start, but everything I did before naturally led to this,” he says. “I knew immediately that wedding cinematography was more than just capturing an event. It was about preserving feeling, emotion, and beauty—forever.”
“Elegant. Luxurious. Emotional.” Vangelis pauses before adding, “But also deeply personal.”

“I’m using the Canon EOS R system,” he explains.

“I have the pleasure of making friends from all over the globe. While I thoroughly enjoy capturing the art of wedding cinematography, it is the uniqueness of each couple that truly fuels my passion.”

“I’m trying to learn their needs, so I have to hear them and I don’t speak,” he says with a smile.
This quiet approach is surprisingly powerful. Vangelis spends more time listening than talking during consultations. “When you truly understand a couple, the story unfolds naturally.”
“You have to find a good wedding planner ;-) And a good videographer like me, that will capture your special day and make it a legacy for your future self!”

“Risk everything and don’t copy what others are doing to be desired. Be yourself!”
