“The very first wedding I ever planned was a small, intimate ceremony where I had the opportunity to design every detail from scratch,” she shares. “The emotions shared between the couple, their families, and friends were so touching, and it truly solidified my passion for this industry.”
That moment—intimate, powerful, and unforgettable—was the catalyst for building a company that would focus on crafting not just weddings, but immersive love stories.
Since its founding in 2017, The Indigo Bride has grown into a close-knit team with decades of combined experience. “Each of us has a unique journey,” she explains, “but we've all been deeply inspired by the beautiful designs we get to create and the love we witness between couples on their special day.”

“We take pride in building genuine connections with our couples, the community, and our trusted vendors,” she notes. “By staying transparent and supporting local businesses, we ensure that our couples get the wedding of their dreams—the one they've always envisioned.”

“What I love most about wedding planning is creating meaningful, beautiful events that reflect each couple’s unique love story,” she shares. For The Indigo Bride, planning is never just logistics—it’s emotional architecture.

“We offer a range of packages to suit different needs, from Day-Of Coordination starting about 8 weeks before the wedding, to Full-Service Planning, which begins right at the booking stage and includes planning for the entire weekend,” she explains. “Additionally, we provide customizable add-ons for couples who may need assistance with other events for their guests.”
This flexibility ensures that every wedding is a true reflection of the couple—uniquely curated and deeply personal.

“The most memorable wedding I’ve ever planned was a small, intimate ceremony for a couple who had been together for over a decade,” she recalls. “Their love story was so heartfelt, and the personal touches they wanted to include made the day feel incredibly special.”
That wedding became a defining moment—not because of grandeur, but because of the undeniable depth of love shared that day. “Seeing the joy on their faces as they exchanged vows surrounded by their closest family and friends was a truly unforgettable moment.”

“I approach working with clients by first truly listening to their vision and understanding what’s most important to them,” she explains. “From there, we collaborate closely, offering guidance and support while ensuring every detail aligns with their desires.”
The Indigo Bride uses carefully designed templates and trackers to guide the process, while always allowing space for flexibility and creativity. And when the unexpected arises—as it often does—they stay calm and solution-oriented.
“The biggest challenge I've faced with weddings in the past is managing unexpected changes, like last-minute weather issues or vendor cancellations,” she notes. “However, we always have backup plans in place and work closely with our couples to adjust as smoothly as possible.”

“We help couples stay on budget by using templates and trackers to carefully manage every aspect of the planning process,” she shares. Her key advice? Prioritize what matters most.
“Our main advice is to prioritize what's most important to them and allocate funds accordingly, while we work with them to ensure all their needs are met within their budget.”

“My advice for couples planning their wedding is to stay focused on what truly matters to you as a couple. It’s easy to get caught up in the details, but remember, it’s about creating a day that reflects your unique love story.”
She adds, “Don’t hesitate to ask for help when needed, and trust your vendors—they’re there to guide you through the process. Most importantly, take time to enjoy the journey, as it’s all part of the beautiful experience leading up to your big day.”
And if she could speak to her past self at the start of her journey?
“Identify your strengths and areas where you may need support, then hire experts who excel in those areas. Surrounding yourself with the right people makes all the difference in bringing your vision to life.”
With a deep love for Central Oregon’s landscapes, The Indigo Bride has a soft spot for a particular gem.
“Our dream wedding venue to organize and plan the most memorable wedding would be at The Griffin House,” she shares with a spark of excitement.
