With a degree in Apparel Design and years spent in Corporate as a Material Designer, she never envisioned leaving the corporate world to start a small business. “But I would have it no other way,” she says with conviction.

Kayloe Bridal doesn’t believe in cookie-cutter packages. Instead, she offers full-service planning and design that’s entirely tailored. From budget planning and vendor curation to floorplans and timelines—every detail is handled with thought and precision. “I also design and plan invitations when clients are interested, and can be hired to plan weekend events like welcome dinners and farewell brunches.”
Among the many memorable weddings she’s curated, one in Boulder, Colorado stands out. “It was a really special one… the couple was that ideal combination of having a great design sense and also being fully trusting of their planner.” The natural beauty of the location, the exceptional vendor team, and the overall energy made it unforgettable. “It was an event I was so proud to have been a part of leading.”
When asked about the biggest challenge she’s faced, she’s quick to answer: “Working with an unprofessional vendor team.” It’s why she’s adamant about building harmonious, skilled vendor partnerships. “Even if the client doesn't see it firsthand, their vendor team makes or breaks the ease and energy of the day.”
Talking money can be awkward—but not on her watch. “My main advice is the same way I handle it: we talk about it from day one.” She doesn’t sign with clients until they see a realistic budget overview based on their vision, guest count, and location. “It creates trust and understanding at an early stage and also gets all of the awkward ‘money chat’ out of the way.”
Planning your wedding? Kayloe Bridal has advice:
“1. Write out your guest list line by line. Don’t estimate.
2. Get the money chats done early.
3. Seek expert advice on vendor pricing.
4. Inquire with one vendor at a time. Avoid casting a wide net—you’ll get lost in clerical overwhelm.”
If she could give her past self one piece of advice? “Don’t be afraid to charge your worth.”
And what about dream venues? Her eyes light up at the idea: “The MET or Masseria Specula in Puglia, Italy.” With her vision, one can only imagine how she would transform those iconic spaces into deeply personal, breathtaking experiences.
