"Our planning phase includes selecting and securing the perfect venue, coordinating with trusted vendors, and developing a comprehensive design concept that reflects your unique style," they share.

The team meticulously manages the budget, creates a detailed timeline for the wedding day, and schedules regular check-ins to ensure everything is progressing smoothly. "We also coordinate a rehearsal to ensure everyone is familiar with the schedule and their roles," they add.

As the wedding day approaches, the Nova Events team focuses on finalizing every detail, from confirming vendor arrangements to conducting walkthroughs. "On the day of the wedding, our team is on-site to oversee all aspects of the event. Regarding inclement weather, their main advice is unwavering: "Always, and we mean always, have a backup plan." This can include a venue that offers both indoor and outdoor options or securing a tent in case of rain. "Communicate the backup plan to your vendors and guests in advance, and have a clear plan for relocating or adapting the setup if needed. Plan B ensures that unexpected weather won't disrupt your event," the team emphasizes.

To help couples stay on budget, Nova Events focuses on creating a clear and detailed budget plan from the beginning. "Our main advice is to prioritize spending on elements that are most important to the couple and allocate funds accordingly," they explain. "We recommend setting realistic budget limits/estimates for each aspect of the wedding and tracking expenses closely."

This involves outlining the major events and working backward, allowing ample time for each segment, including preparation, travel, and transitions. "Be sure to include buffer times for unexpected delays or adjustments," they advise. "It's also important to coordinate with all vendors and key participants to ensure their schedules align with the timeline."
