Founded by Natalia Dragani, with her husband Roberto Dragani as both life and business partner, WoW Wedding has spent more than two decades crafting destination weddings across Italy and France for couples who seek depth, symbolism, and emotional truth — not just beauty.
“Natalia Dragani is the founder and driving force behind WoW Wedding,” the story begins, but destiny played its part early on. Italy became the agency’s favorite destination not by strategy, but by love — when Natalia met her Italian husband Roberto and moved to this extraordinary country.
“By a twist of fate, Italy became our home,” Natalia shares. “And from that moment, Roberto and I became partners not only in life, but also in business.”
With more than 20 years of experience in event planning and over 15 years specializing in weddings abroad, WoW Wedding naturally focused on Italy and France — destinations rich in history, art, emotion, and atmosphere.
Their first Italian wedding took place in 2010, and it set the tone for everything that followed.
The celebration unfolded at Hotel Splendide Royal, followed by a refined reception at the Michelin-starred Mirabelle Restaurant, overlooking the Eternal City. The ceremony itself was held at one of Rome’s only two Orthodox churches — Church of Saint Catherine the Great Martyr — perched high above the city with breathtaking panoramic views.
The concept, titled “Splendid Love,” drew inspiration from Rome’s timeless grandeur.. Ancient Roman-style scroll invitations, a rich palette of raspberry and violet, and creamy-gold interiors created a setting where cultures merged seamlessly.
The emotional climax came with a blindfolded tango — a symbolic first dance representing “two souls destined to find each other in a world of uncertainty.”
“This unforgettable celebration was not just the beginning of a love story,” Natalia says. “It was the beginning of ours with Italy.”
Before weddings became her calling, Natalia worked on large-scale events for international brands and major companies. But something was missing.
“I realized I wanted to be part of real stories,” she explains. “Genuine emotions. Meaningful moments.” That realization became the foundation of WoW Wedding — a studio built not around production alone, but around human connection.
“What we love most about wedding planning is being allowed into one of the happiest and most meaningful moments of people’s lives,” Natalia and Roberto say.
Each couple arrives with a story that often feels “more powerful and more surprising than anything you could read in a book or watch in a film.” Their role is to listen — and then translate those stories into experiences guests can feel, not just observe.

One of the most memorable weddings they’ve ever planned took place in 2023 at Villa Balbiano — a three-day celebration that felt “less like an event and more like a living love story.”
Ferris and Diana’s relationship was deeply rooted in Syrian heritage and a lifelong bond between their families. One of their most intimate rituals was watching the sunrise together around the world — a quiet symbol of patience and devotion. From this, the concept “Meeting the Dawn” was born.
White jasmine — Damascus’ symbolic flower and their favorite scent — became the heart of the design. Inspired by a legend that jasmine waits for dawn to gain color, the ceremony unfolded in an eastern royal garden.
“At the most emotional moment,” Natalia recalls, “two white doves were released into the sky — rising with their vows.”
Dinner followed in shades of violet, coral, and soft lemon, mirroring early morning light and completing the journey from night into day, from friendship into love.
Their approach is deeply personal and strategic. “We begin by understanding each couple’s vision, lifestyle, and priorities,” they explain.
