“My own wedding in Taormina, Sicily. It was a full-blown cultural and fashion experience—Dolce & Gabbana had just done a shoot there with Monica Bellucci, and I wore Sicilian lace straight off the runway,” she shares.

Funny enough, vendors kept asking me if I was already a planner!”

“I suppose do you mean DIY? Be careful—this is your first time, but vendors work backstage every day. The wedding industry is like a fashion show: it looks stunning on the runway, but behind the scenes, it can be chaos.”

“Instagram & Pinterest don’t show delays, cold food, or late makeup artists. And top photographers? They often avoid DIY weddings because without a planner or coordinator, the event usually falls apart in execution.”

And when asked about the biggest challenge she’s faced?
