Some careers are planned; others unfold almost by destiny. For the founder of Everson Events, it was the latter. “I’ve been in the events space since 2015—doing everything from catering to corporate to large conferences and venue management,” they share. But weddings? That wasn’t on the original roadmap. “I never saw myself as a wedding planner, but God and the universe kept pushing me towards weddings. I decided there was a need for more affordable wedding planning.”
That calling turned into a passion, blending years of logistics and large-scale event management with a heartfelt appreciation for love stories.
When asked what sets weddings apart from other events, the answer is simple: emotion. “I love the deep emotion and intention behind weddings more than any other event I’ve had the opportunity to plan before,” they explain. “I also thrive in the combination of design and logistics.” It’s the mix of heart and structure that makes every celebration both unique and profoundly rewarding.
Everson Events was built on inclusivity. “We’re about creating a place for lovers to plan their dream wedding, regardless of their wedding budget or vision,” they emphasize.
And when it comes to favorites? “My favorite weddings to plan are the ones where the clients are down-to-earth, excited to plan, and want to create a phenomenal experience for them and their guests on the wedding day.”

Collaboration starts with priorities. “We start with their list of priorities — going through and ranking what they’re most wanting as a part of their wedding day,” they explain. And most importantly? “SET A BUDGET!! Everyone has one, regardless of whether it’s $10,000 or $100,000+.”
