While Italy offers a stunning variety of backdrops for couples to choose from, Just Amore Weddings has built deep expertise in specific regions. “I move all around the peninsula,” she explains, “but I work mostly in Rome and Florence.”

That means building in smart contingencies too: “Preferably to book a venue that already has one [a backup plan for inclement weather]. If not, to make sure there is a space to put a structure.”
Luxury and budget are not mutually exclusive in her world—it’s about prioritizing wisely. “Be reasonable about what you want. Compromise is the key,” she advises. “Make a list of what is non-negotiable and what can be ‘if I have still the budget’.”
She works closely with each couple to balance their dream with their reality, helping them identify where to splurge and where to simplify without losing impact.
Weddings are emotional journeys, and timing is everything. Her philosophy? Flow matters more than fluff.
“A smooth transition between the key moments,” she says. “If possible (when it is in the same location), not to leave much gap between ceremony/cocktail/dinner. But always to leave 15 minutes buffer.”
This kind of thoughtfulness keeps guests engaged and the event energy flowing naturally.
When asked what she would tell today’s couples—especially those planning from abroad—her answer is a mix of empathy and realism.
“Gen Z are all about technology and not planning a year ahead,” she observes, “Just remember, the popular places are booked in advance. And nothing can replace the human input and experience.”
It’s advice that feels both timely and timeless.
