For virtual meetings: The same process is conducted via Google Meet for accessibility.
Once the couple decides to move forward, Anyely creates a mood board, conducts a table setup trial, and finalizes the wedding budget before sending the décor and coordination contract.
Although she can design weddings at various locations, Anyely frequently works at El Embajador Hotel in the Dominican Republic, a venue known for its luxury and sophistication.
Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Anyely has valuable advice for couples to navigate the process smoothly:
On vendor contracts: "We always maintain direct communication with the bride and with the suppliers we have, or she would like other suppliers."
On weather backups: "Build a roof depending on the weather."
On budgeting: "Always keep prices in line with the budget, always presenting them to customers with their respective categories such as venue, catering, attire, decoration, entertainment, etc."
On creating timelines: "A folder is made with all the information such as preparations, photo sessions, cocktail, first dance, decoration, venue, etc. After having all the preparations, we move on to the setup and execution, where we must do the before and after of the event; it is presented to the clients, we also stay to verify that everything is correct and to dismantle everything the day after the event."
For couples currently planning: "Listen to a maximum of 3 and look for what best fits your budget."
