Some careers begin with a clear plan. Others unfold naturally — shaped by experience, curiosity, and a simple desire to create something meaningful.
For Anastasiia Halla, founder of Dream Weddings Europe, wedding planning was never part of the original vision.
“It happened by accident, when I was owning a travel agency.”
But what started unexpectedly quickly turned into something deeply personal.
“But then, when I started, I just loved to make people happy and enjoy my service.”
That feeling — of creating joy, of turning moments into memories — became the foundation of everything that followed.
Since 2012, Anastasiia has been building Dream Weddings Europe into a company that reflects both emotional understanding and structured precision.
Her work brings her into contact with couples from around the world, each with their own story, culture, and vision.
“Meeting people from all over the world, get to know new love stories, see how new families grow, getting new friends, visit new places and meet amazing professionals.”
But beyond the travel and connections, there is something even more meaningful at the core of it all.
“But also I love that we make someone's dream come true.”
At Dream Weddings Europe, the approach to planning is not reactive — it is intentional from the very beginning.
“We approach each project as a structured process rather than a sequence of decisions.”
Everything starts with clarity.
“It begins with defining the scope in full - including budget, location, and constraints that will affect the outcome.”
Because without that foundation, everything else becomes uncertain.
“This is done early, so that every following step is based on clarity, not assumptions.”
From there, the process unfolds in parallel rather than in isolation.
“We develop the project in parallel: venue, team, logistics and design are considered together, not separately.”
This approach eliminates unnecessary revisions and keeps the entire journey controlled and efficient.
And when the wedding day arrives, the goal is simple — invisibility.
“On the wedding day, our role is not visible.”
Because when everything works as it should, there is nothing for the couple to think about except the moment itself.
Rather than offering multiple packages, Dream Weddings Europe focuses on one complete experience.
“We only provide our Signature Full Planning Service.”
This ensures consistency, control, and a seamless journey from beginning to end.
At the same time, additional services are available to support the experience.
“We offer smaller services like guests management, content creation, website creation.”
While the team works across a wide range of venues, certain locations stand out for their atmosphere and character.
“We work with any venue, but we love: Chateau Champlatreux in Paris, Villa Miani in Rome, Quinta da Bellavista in Sintra, Grand Hotel du Cap on French Riviera.”
Each place offers something unique — a backdrop that becomes part of the story itself.
One of the most complex challenges Anastasiia faces is not logistical — but emotional.
“The biggest challenge is that the industry is very fast-growing and completely silent about realistic budgets.”
This disconnect often creates difficult conversations at the very beginning of the process.
“Couples often set their expectations based on old info from the internet or past weddings of friends.”
And the reality can be hard to accept.
“So we are becoming someone who break the dream at the beginning. This is very sad.”
Yet, that honesty is essential to creating something real and achievable.
For Dream Weddings Europe, budget is not something to adjust later — it is something to define early.
And the timing of that decision matters just as much as the number itself.
“We recommend to set the budget when the venue is chosen, otherwise, nowadays, the venue can ‘eat’ the half or sometimes the whole budget.”
From there, priorities guide every decision.
“Book first what is the most important, then see what's left for the rest.”
And above all, trust becomes essential.
“Trust the planner, listen the advice.”
Even the most carefully planned wedding must account for uncertainty — especially when it comes to weather.
“We always discuss it during the venue selection process.”
Preparation happens early, not as an afterthought.
“If the venue doesn't have a suitable indoor area, we discuss the possibilities of last-minute investments for the roofs or tents.”
While every detail is carefully planned, there is always space for reality.
“We prepare the full and detailed timeline for our couples, vendors and our coordination team.”
That timeline is not rigid — it is designed with awareness.
“This timeline always has a room, especially at the parts where (as we know) might be some delays.”
Collaboration plays a key role in shaping it.
“We carefully plan it also considering all the moment for important photos - collaborating with the photo and video teams.”
And perhaps most importantly, it protects one essential part of the day.
“We do our best to make the morning of the couple chill and enjoyable, without any ‘time’ pressure.”
When asked for advice, Anastasiia’s answer is clear — and direct.
“Wedding planner & designer - the key to your best experience. Choose wisely. Invest here.”
Because the right team does more than organize a wedding — it defines how the entire journey feels.
As the wedding industry continues to evolve, Anastasiia sees a shift happening — one that aligns closely with her own philosophy.
“I'd like to say that finally the wedding industry is passing through the crisis (looks like).”
A shift toward honesty, clarity, and better communication.
And within that future, Dream Weddings Europe has a clear place.
“And I promise - DWE will be on top of it ;)”
In the world of Dream Weddings Europe, weddings are not just about beauty or logistics.
They are about clarity, trust, and creating something that truly reflects the people at the center of it. Because a real dream wedding is not built on illusion. It is built on understanding — and brought to life with intention.
