“Meeting people from all over the world, get to know new love stories, see how new families grow, getting new friends, visit new places and meet amazing professionals.”
But beyond the travel and connections, there is something even more meaningful at the core of it all.
“But also I love that we make someone's dream come true.”
At Dream Weddings Europe, the approach to planning is not reactive — it is intentional from the very beginning.
“We approach each project as a structured process rather than a sequence of decisions.”

“It begins with defining the scope in full - including budget, location, and constraints that will affect the outcome.”

“This is done early, so that every following step is based on clarity, not assumptions.”

“We develop the project in parallel: venue, team, logistics and design are considered together, not separately.”

“On the wedding day, our role is not visible.”

“The biggest challenge is that the industry is very fast-growing and completely silent about realistic budgets.”

“Couples often set their expectations based on old info from the internet or past weddings of friends.”
And the reality can be hard to accept.
“So we are becoming someone who break the dream at the beginning. This is very sad.”

First of all the budget must be realistic.
And the timing of that decision matters just as much as the number itself.
“We recommend to set the budget when the venue is chosen, otherwise, nowadays, the venue can ‘eat’ the half or sometimes the whole budget.”

“Book first what is the most important, then see what's left for the rest.”
And above all, trust becomes essential.
“Trust the planner, listen the advice.”
Even the most carefully planned wedding must account for uncertainty — especially when it comes to weather.
“We always discuss it during the venue selection process.”
Preparation happens early, not as an afterthought.
“If the venue doesn't have a suitable indoor area, we discuss the possibilities of last-minute investments for the roofs or tents.”

“We prepare the full and detailed timeline for our couples, vendors and our coordination team.”

“This timeline always has a room, especially at the parts where (as we know) might be some delays.”

“We carefully plan it also considering all the moment for important photos - collaborating with the photo and video teams.”

“We do our best to make the morning of the couple chill and enjoyable, without any ‘time’ pressure.”

As the wedding industry continues to evolve, Anastasiia sees a shift happening — one that aligns closely with her own philosophy.
“I'd like to say that finally the wedding industry is passing through the crisis (looks like).”
