“What I love most about my job is the opportunity to meet new people, hear their stories, and, most of all, be part of the joy on one of the most important days of their lives.”

“This job allows me to be fully human, to feel deeply, and sometimes even make lasting friendships along the way!!”

Camilla’s approach is as personal as it is organized. After the initial call, she creates mood boards to help translate ideas into visuals — and from there, the vision begins to unfold.
“I also like to create a WhatsApp group with the couple where we can share ideas, pictures, quotes — everything.”
From custom vendor recommendations to unlimited FaceTime check-ins, the communication stays easy and collaborative. But don’t mistake her relaxed tone for a lack of structure — Camilla brings a steady hand to budgeting and timelines.
“I have a budgeting file that I share to keep track of everything, but other than that, I’m not the kind of planner who sends over massive Excel documents to the couples.”

“For me, planning a wedding should be fun and stress-free, so I keep things as informal and friendly as possible, acting as both their planner and their friend.”
Though based in the UK, Camilla spends much of her time planning destination weddings across Italy — a country she knows deeply and loves endlessly.
“Most of my weddings are destination weddings, with nearly all of them taking place in Italy. Tuscany is definitely the region I get asked about the most.”
Her venue recommendations are carefully tailored to each couple, with a few standout favorites.
“Lately, I’ve been asked a lot about Villa Cetinale, which holds a special place in my heart.”

“I usually only offer the Full Planning package, which is my most popular and also the only one I provide for destination weddings.”
Partial Planning and Day-Of Coordination are available upon request for local weddings, depending on the scope and timeline.
But what truly sets her apart is the all-encompassing support she provides throughout the journey.
“I assist with managing guests’ accommodations and transportation on the wedding day, as well as for related events like rehearsal dinners and farewell brunches.”
“That being said, I’m there for the couple from the very first moment until they go to sleep after the wedding — I provide 360-degree support for whatever they may need!”
When it comes to managing wedding vendors, Camilla believes in clarity, communication, and contracts done right.
“My main advice for couples when handling contracts with vendors is to read everything carefully before signing. Make sure all the details are clearly spelled out — services included, payment terms, cancellation policies, and any extra fees.”
She’s equally proactive when it comes to navigating unpredictable weather.
“Before my couples even book a venue, I always bring up the importance of having a solid Plan B for bad weather… So yes, my main advice is to discuss Plan B immediately and not to postpone the conversation.”
Budgeting? That’s her zone of genius.
“My main advice is to set clear priorities — identify what matters most and where you're happy to invest a bit more, then balance that by being smart in other areas.”
She brings the same practicality to creating timelines.
“My main advice when creating a timeline is to start with the key moments of the day — like the ceremony and dinner — and build everything else around them.”
“And if there’s one thing I always keep a close eye on, it’s the speeches — statistically the number one reason timelines run late! I always say, give people a mic and suddenly they’re on stage at the Oscars ahah.”
One of Camilla’s greatest challenges has been navigating client expectations when it comes to process.
“One challenge I’ve faced is when couples expect me to adjust my entire working style to fit how they think things should be done.”
