Founded in 2014, our studio has become “a never-ending summer in the house of AXIOO Bali.” We’re more than just photographers—we’re a vibrant team of creators, fuelled by passion and the desire to “create beautiful masterpieces.”
We’ve seen love in all its forms: “from grand and glamorous celebrations to small and intimate unions, from modern minimalism to richly layered cultural traditions.” It’s this breadth of experience that shapes our art.
We work with three lead photographers, each bringing a distinct artistic voice to the table. We call them The Classic, The Romantic, and The Artsy.
Yet no matter the voice, what unites them is “their shared devotion to storytelling.” Our images embody “understated elegance, infused with a soulful and poetic touch.”
When it comes to gear, we like to experiment.
We love exploring various camera systems and lighting brands. Each brings its own character, and we enjoy experimenting to match the mood of every story we tell.
In post-production our goal is always subtle sophistication. “We tone our images in Lightroom and retouch in Photoshop, removing distractions like imperfections or photobombs. For film photography, we keep the process minimal and authentic, as we believe in preserving the organic beauty that comes straight from the lab.”
Our favourite part of this journey? “Meeting new people, listening to their stories, and witnessing the many ways love can be expressed. It’s endlessly inspiring that every couple brings something unique, and that’s what keeps our creative spirit alive.”
To ensure we capture each couple’s true essence, we always begin with a pre-event meeting—either in person or online. We ask: What aesthetic do you prefer? What emotional tone do you want? We align ourselves to that vision fully: “This conversation helps us align creatively and ensures their story is told in the most authentic way.”
Even though we’re based in Bali, our lens has crossed oceans. Annually (pre-pandemic) we’ve captured around 160–190 weddings in Bali alone.
And yes: we specialise in destination weddings. “Our international portfolio includes weddings across Australia, the United States, Europe (France, Greece, Italy), and Asia (Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, India, Hong Kong, and Myanmar). One of our most memorable experiences was photographing a wedding in Venice. It was absolutely magical.”
We believe each couple’s day is unique—and so should their photography package. Absolutely: you can work with us to customise your wedding day experience. We offer add-ons like additional photographers, same-day edits, and on-the-day content creators so you can truly “personalize your package to match your vision.”
One tip for couples: “Every couple has their own rhythm. Some like to let the day unfold naturally, while others prefer detailed planning. Whatever your rhythm is, trust us as your photographer. The more comfortable we are with one another, the more effortlessly beautiful and genuine the results will be.”
If we could speak back to our younger selves at the start of this journey, we’d say:
Stay passionate, never stop learning.
It’s a philosophy we live by—because our craft isn’t just about capturing weddings, it’s about evolving with each story we tell.
In the end, what we deliver isn’t just a collection of photographs—it’s the echo of a moment, the memory of love, the art of two lives intersecting. Because for us, every ‘yes’ is a promise, and every frame is a tribute to the beautiful journey you’re on.
