Planning Your Celebration
Khayangan Estate accommodates up to 250 guests for celebrations. Music and DJ services are welcome until 11 PM local time, and the estate works closely with the local banjar to ensure all necessary permits are in place (with associated fees that will be communicated clearly).
A few considerations: fireworks aren't permitted in this area, and laser light shows that penetrate the clouds are also restricted. However, LED lanterns create gorgeous ambiance and are absolutely allowed. The clifftop location provides such natural drama that additional pyrotechnics simply aren't necessary.
The estate has an in-house generator to ensure uninterrupted service throughout your stay. If your event includes substantial electrical equipment—elaborate sound systems or extensive lighting setups—additional generator provisions can be coordinated with your event organizer.
All rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) per night, with reservations confirmed upon receipt of bank transfer. Payments must be for the full amount due, net of any banking fees. A USD 1,500 security deposit for events is collected upon arrival, and guests sign standard waiver and credit card authorization forms.
For events involving potentially high-risk activities, evidence of liability insurance is required. These are standard protections that allow everyone to celebrate with peace of mind.
