At Wezoree, we want every wedding professional to feel confident and excited when joining our platform. Our mission is to provide value from day one — giving you visibility, tools, and opportunities to grow your brand within the wedding community.

However, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a transparent refund policy to make sure you feel supported in your decision.

How It Works

Eligibility

Our refund policy applies to all subscriptions purchased directly from www.wezoree.com. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 14 days of your first subscription payment.
  • Or, if your subscription renews automatically, the request is made within 30 days of the renewal charge.
  • Your profile has not received additional editorial, PR, or promotional services outside of your standard plan (for example, features in articles, Real Wedding publications, or custom promotions).
  • The request aligns with Wezoree’s Terms of Service.

Time Frame

  • For new subscriptions: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
  • For renewals: You have 30 days from the renewal date to request a refund if you decide not to continue your plan.

After these time periods have passed, all payments are considered final and non-refundable.

Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • The email address linked to your Wezoree account.
  • Your payment or order confirmation number.
  • A short explanation of your request.

Our support team will review your case and respond within 3–5 business days.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

After the Refund Period

Payments made after the 14-day or 30-day periods are non-refundable.

Digital Services

Wezoree is a digital platform that provides visibility and exposure immediately after payment. Because these benefits (such as search visibility, inclusion in listings, or editorial features) begin instantly, refunds cannot be granted once these services have been delivered.

Non-Refundable Items

Any customized services, one-time campaigns, or editorial collaborations outside your subscription plan are not eligible for refunds.
