This was planned abroad, as we living east of Toronto, I interviewed many wedding planners and none felt right, until I met virtually with Iokasti!
She totally understood the feeling of luxe, natural organic and timeless. She always had our best interest in mind and made fantastic contracts with people in the business.
Our wedding was held on a private property (that we had never seen prior to), she went and did sight visits, facetimed us, took photos and of course all proper measurements for everything we were asking in regards to layout.
As the wedding was on an island Crete, some logistics include but not limited to, renting tables from Santorini which came by boat, catering from Santorini, and last minute our videographer backed out and she found an incredible replacement (better than our original one we had booked).
Overall everything she created for us was PERFECT. It can be scary planning abroad but Mazi Events made it seamless.
These are two people who care deeply about getting to know you, your likes and dislikes, interests and are truly committed to flawless and efficient execution. Not only did they make our day special, but it was above and beyond our wildest dream, and bespoke based on our aesthetic.
Getting married is stressful, and having people you can trust is paramount, and the mazi team is extremely talented and professional.

They are extremely talented in every way and our wedding was well designed, with every detail meticulously planned and perfectly executed. They are creative, organized, great communicators and just all-around beautiful people to work with. Iokasti and Thanos created a personal relationship with us and their care, professionalism and commitment was displayed every step of the way in this process.
They left no stone unturned and thought of EVERYTHING! We had over 60 guests join us and our family and friends have continued to express how well done our wedding day was.
We’re going to miss working with the Mazi Event team and would get married all over again just to take this journey with them. We can’t thank you enough!
They designed a spectacular wedding arch for us that made our wedding unique and left all of the guests and us speechless when we saw it in real life.
