En plus de la qualité, les quantités servies sont généreuses ce qui évite le risque d'avoir des invités ne mangent pas assez. Pour le cocktail, les cooking shows et les stations éphémères apportent de la profondeur et de l'animation au moment. Le choix en la matière est vaste avec des classiques (saumon, foie gras poêlé) mais aussi de l'innovation (le brocoli fumé notamment). Les quantités de viande servies durant le repas assis sont généreuses (j'ai déjà assisté à des mariages ou c'était bien plus restreint) l'execution est impeccable et les ingrédients sont de qualité.
Lors du brunch, la charcuterie et les fromages étaient excellents tout comme les cakes.
Nous recommandons vivement ce traiteur qui respecte parfaitement son positionnement haut de gamme.

Ils ont été au rendez-vous du début à la fin : la prise de contact efficace et professionnelle, la dégustation qui nous a tout de suite conquis, les conseils durant la préparation, et bien entendu, le jour J où ils ont totalement assuré!
