We planned a three day destination wedding weekend in Lisbon fr om New York, and Catarina, Pedro, and the WPC team executed every hour of it beautifully.
The weekend had a lot of moving parts. A welcome cocktail on Saturday (+added pop up event on Friday), the ceremony and reception on Sunday, and brunch on Monday, with guests arriving from multiple countries and a full roster of vendors to coordinate across catering, décor, florals, music, photography, and print. WPC managed all of it. They ran vendor communication in Portuguese so we never had to, they built and held the timeline, and they handled the hundred small decisions in the final week that would have completely swallowed us.
On the wedding day itself, the execution was the thing I keep coming back to. Everything landed exactly wh ere it was supposed to, exactly when it was supposed to. The room turned over on schedule, every music cue hit, the ceremony flowed, and all of our signage and details were placed and styled without a single question sent our way. Guests kept telling us how effortless the whole weekend felt, which is the highest compliment you can pay a planning team, because effortless is the hardest thing to manufacture.
I work in marketing and events professionally and I am about as Type A as a client can get. WPC met that standard and then went past it. They were with us to the bitter end, always warm, always calm, always all love and light.
If you are planning a wedding in Portugal, especially from abroad, book them. We are already planning to work with them again on events beyond the wedding.

We hired Catarina and the team for our wedding in summer 2026 in Sintra. They've taken over everything from initial concept brainstorming, planning the schedule, onboarding, and communicating with vendors and caterers, up to website creation and guest communication. They were especially there 110% on the day of the event, which led to an amazing outcome and a wonderful wedding that we will always remember. Big recommendation if you plan a high-quality wedding in Portugal!
Absolutely amazing work from Catarina, Pedro and Ana. They were there for us every step of the way, we had a 3 day event and they were around for every minute. People told us our wedding was so good it has ruined future weddings for them ???? we had the best time and enjoyed every second, it wouldn’t have been possible without the care and hard work of this dream team - HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!
Catarina, Pedro, Ana and team made our incredible destination wedding dream a reality over many months of patient planning and ironing out all the special details, to sourcing the vendors and exact timeline of events to pull off the most incredible wedding day - and they went above and beyond to help us with events before and after the big day. We’re so incredibly thankful for their hard work and commitment to our vision and our guests absolutely loved it - saying it was the best wedding they’d ever been to! Catarina, Ana, and Pedro exuded the true Portuguese spirit of warmth, friendliness, and accommodation for all of our wedding dreams. It was a joy to communicate with them throughout the planning process. They were full of thoughtful suggestions for us, but also tailored the wedding to our particular desires and expectations. We couldn't have pulled off a destination wedding without their creativity and swift execution; everything from venue recommendations (which were all stellar!), pulling off last-minute decoration requests, and leaning on their cool, collected experience when the unexpected inevitably occurred. Out of all the wedding planners I have worked with, Catarina and her team at WPC really stood out! I love how they design their weddings in a way that allows for a natural and organic flow of the day. They are never intrusive, yet always close enough if something is needed, and then warm and attentive. And do you know when a wedding planner really shows their true colors? When unforseeable challenges arise out of the blue, but get solved before even a single guest can be affected. This is only possible with experience, preparation, and dedication - and this team has all three of those. Icing on the cake: immaculate English for their international couples AND all the local insider knowledge for local vendors. I wholeheartedly recommend this team!
