We truly cannot recommend Kat and her team highly enough. Kat was recommended to us, and we are so incredibly grateful she was. From day one, she made the entire wedding planning process feel effortless and stress-free.
Kat went above and beyond from the very beginning, doing extensive research to provide us with the very best options that matched our vision perfectly. Throughout the entire process, her top priority was making sure we were happy, comfortable, and fully taken care of. She recommended multiple vendors for every aspect of the wedding — venues, photographers, hair and makeup artists, florists, and more — and every single recommendation was exceptional.
She was also incredibly thoughtful when it came to pricing and budget, always making sure we got the absolute best quality and experience possible within our budget. Since we do not live in Italy, Kat even traveled to our venue to meet with our family for the venue tour and food tasting. She sent us extensive photos, videos, and detailed updates with her thoughts and recommendations, which made us feel completely involved and reassured despite the distance.
When we arrived in Italy, the day before the wedding we finally met Kat and one of her colleagues, Gloria. Together, they guided us through an incredibly detailed rehearsal at the church and a full walkthrough of the venue. Every detail had been considered, every question had already been anticipated, and they made sure we felt completely comfortable and confident going into the big day.
On the wedding day itself, another colleague, Chiara, joined the team, and the three of them were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. There was always one or two of them by our side making sure we were okay, while another was ahead preparing the next location so everything flowed seamlessly. Their organization, professionalism, and care were beyond anything we could have imagined.
What truly stood out most were the small moments that showed how much they genuinely cared. At one point, something became stuck in my eye, and they immediately found a nearby home/restroom for us to use and even found eye drops for us. It may seem like a small thing, but moments like that meant so much to us and perfectly reflect the kind of people they are.
Kat, Gloria, and Chiara stayed with us until the very end of the night to ensure absolutely everything was handled perfectly from beginning to end. Nearly every guest at our wedding commented on how incredible everything was — from Kat and her team, to the vendors she selected, to how smoothly and beautifully the entire day unfolded.
Most importantly, they did all of this with constant positivity, kindness, and genuine care. Working with them felt less like working with wedding planners and more like having trusted friends by our side throughout one of the most important days of our lives. We are honestly sad not only that our wedding day is over, but that we no longer get to work with Kat and her team regularly because they were such a joy to be around.

Our original plans for a big wedding at home in the U.S. fell through do to our Wedding Venue being sold, so my husband and I chose to do something totally different and head to Italy!
