Flower Addicted Floral Designer

I was born in Terlizzi, in a family of floriculturists. It seems that my grandfather and his numerous brothers have had the merit of having brought floriculture to our country, which then over the years has become an important sector of the local economy. This is how I grew up rollerblading among the greenhouses of roses, carnations and all those varieties that were then sold in the large flower market of Terlizzi, one of the most important in Italy. I actually studied law, I wanted to be a lawyer. However, I have always had a strong attraction for all creative and manual work in general. I believed and still believe that manual work is one of the ways to happiness, because it gives you the joy of seeing the result of what you do, it brings you closer to the nature of things and in this way it calms you down. During my studies, among a thousand different jobs, I happened to help a florist in the wedding arrangements. It is there that I discovered my addiction… to flowers and beauty, to everything that is decoration and design, and to the contagious happiness that you breathe on the wedding day. And, why not, also to the physical tiredness that for me, in a world made of jobs sitting in front of a desk, represents a gift. So I hung up my degree and in 2016 Flower Addicted was born. Designing and creating everything with flowers is a real magic, but also a very tiring job. Creating the arrangements respecting the times, and at the same time the delicacy of the flowers, makes our work really challenging. From year to year the projects have become more and more challenging and now with me there is a close-knit team of florists and set-ups and, above all, my tireless parents.
