Ilaria and her team made the day so perfect it's hard to put into words! From our initial meeting, Ilaria was so quick to respond to every query we had, going above and beyond to even help wedding guests with transport queries. Any question/problem was resolved with ease and she had such a calming attitude throughout which was so appreciated. She even helped source life size posters of our dogs to join the party - a reel we had seen on Instagram and she helped bring it to life ???? On the day my husband and I both said we were able to instantly relax once Ilaria arrived as we knew she had everything handled and it meant we were then fully present getting ready for the day. I hadn't felt well the morning of the wedding and ended up being sick during my wedding dinner which was not ideal! Ilaria arranged for me to have peppermint tea and some plain food, and got the caterers to pack up my meal so I could have it the next day. She encouraged us to take 15 minutes before the first dance which helped me feel so much better and from the first dance I was dancing all night and felt much better. It's obviously not ideal to feel like that during your wedding meal but Ilaria helped so much in that moment. Similarly my husband hugged his mum and got a make up mark on his shirt minutes before the ceremony and Ilaria instantly stepped in and had the spare and he was sorted within a few minutes. It was so helpful having her there for those things you can't plan for as she has such a great problem solving attitude and doesn't stress in those situations, which is exactly the presence we needed. She was a joy to work with and we couldn't recommend her more to any couple looking for a planner or a coordinator! She brought so much peace to the planning process and the morning and we had full confidence that she would make the day perfect for us.
Ilaria was the best wedding planner we could have asked for? Ilaria and her team were very professional, efficient and patient since day 1! Her quick responses made the planning much easier and stress free. Ilaria was able to suggest great vendors according to our needs and walk us through the process. It is clear that she has great relationships with the vendors evident from the flexibility the vendors gave us on the day. We got so many wonderful compliments about the wedding day with loads of people telling us it was the best wedding they’ve been to. Once again we thank you so much to you, Anthony and Shaun!!
Ilaria was an absolute dream to work with. She was responsive, helpful, and helped to make our day so special. Her and her team are extremely professional and experienced. They helped with shipping issues and on the wedding day I was able to feel comfort in knowing they had everything handled. We would hire Ilaria again in a heartbeat!!
Ilaria was truly the best wedding planner we could have asked for. I put my trust in her and I’m so glad I did because she helped execute everything perfectly and saved me a lot of stress. She was always super responsive and was a life saver when I needed to mail items from the US to Italy. She helped to execute the day of our dreams so seamlessly. We’re forever grateful!!
Ilaria was absolutely amazing to work with. She made sure everything was prepared well ahead of time and that the entire celebration ran smoothly over all three days. She truly went above and beyond to execute our dream wedding. Whenever we were feeling stressed, she always made time to chat with us, reassure us, and put us at ease. She was incredibly responsive and genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. We are so thankful to both Ilaria and Tony for all their hard work and became real friends over the 2 years working together! We couldn’t recommend her highly enough!
We could not have imagined a more perfect wedding for us and we are still in awe of how wonderful everything was. We are so grateful for Ilaria‘s support along the entire journey from selecting the vendors, visiting the venue, planning everything and executing it beautifully on the day itself. She made us feel in safe hands for every step of the way.

Ilaria was an absolute pleasure to work with. From our very first call, she was very welcoming and made us feel confident in her abilities and the budget we gave her. She helped us make a detailed budget and was great at providing vendors to us that were within our budget. Everyone we ended up working with spoke her praises, and we equally loved all of our vendors. She has fostered a great community of people to make your wedding special. She was highly communicative, always replying to emails quickly or letting me know when she would be able to get back to me. Most importantly, she always made me feel at ease throughout the entire process, reassuring me whenever curveballs happened. Cannot recommend her enough!
