Pangiunia... what can I say? Where do I even begin? Actually, let me start from the end.
The sentence we heard repeated by everyone, young and old, was: It was the best wedding we’ve ever been to.” And to us, that means more than anything else.
It truly was the best day of our lives. And anyone who knows me knows that I’m someone who struggles to even enjoy a simple birthday party, because I’m always anxious. I’m always wondering if everyone is having a good time, if everything is going well, and if the guests are happy and comfortable. At our wedding, however, for the first time ever, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Because they were there. And they did an absolutely incredible job.
But let’s go back to the beginning.
Carlotta has been by our side practically since the day after my husband proposed! ???? Considering that we live in the Netherlands, it certainly wasn’t the easiest journey. She organized everything remotely with us, guiding us step by step through every decision.
When we came down to Sicily to choose the venue, we went on some truly intense tours, visiting countless places, and Carlotta was always there with us, available, patient, and ready to accompany us wherever we needed to go. She was also consistently present and reliable during the fittings, rehearsals, and all the organizational moments that followed, making us feel supported and taken care of despite the distance.
And I can assure you, I was not the easiest bride... I had a thousand ideas, a thousand requests, and I changed my mind quite often! ???? Yet she was never intimidated. Quite the opposite. She always knew when to stand her ground, with great professionalism and endless patience, always advising me on what was truly best for us.
Her advice was pure gold, and the final result was proof of that. She supported me in all my craziest ideas, but whenever I needed to take a step back and think things through, she did so with incredible tact and in such a constructive way. And, I have to admit... she was always right!
She managed to find the best professionals while staying within our budget, which is anything but a given. We never felt that we had to compromise on quality.
A huge thank you also goes to her for all the help she gave my husband, who is Dutch. She supported him with all the surprises he wanted to organize for me and with all his requests, making everything so much easier for him and helping him bring every little detail to life. She became a point of reference for him too, and that truly made a difference for both of us.
On the wedding day, alongside Carlotta, there were also Laura and Claudia, and I want to thank all three of them for their flawless coordination. Organizing our wedding was no easy task. We had guests coming from different parts of the world, with different cultures, languages, and needs to take into account. And yet, they managed to make everything run perfectly, always with a smile and an incredible sense of calm.
Their presence allowed us to enjoy every single moment without a single worry, knowing that everything was in the right hands.
What can I say... thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you for making our wedding exactly what we had dreamed of, actually, even more beautiful.

Carlotta was a precious presence during the planning of our wedding. Creative, full of original ideas, and always available, she perfectly understood our tastes and transformed them into something special. Besides being a great professional, she is a truly lovely person with impeccable good taste. Planning an international wedding fr om Chicago to Sicily seemed daunting, but Elisa and Carlotta made the entire experience not just manageable but truly joyful. From the start, about a year and a half before our big day, they guided us through every challenge..
Communication - While I do not speak Italian, it was effortless working together as their team speaks and writes in fluent English, as well as Italian. Their expertise and warm communication made us feel confident every step of the way. They also allowed for a very OPEN line of communication.. Whenever I wanted to schedule a video call, they were all for it. We held multiple video calls as well as openly messaging back and forth on WhatsApp. There was never a lim it on how much my husband and I could reach out to communicate anything with them. They also owned all communication with each vendor leading up to our wedding day.. so my husband and I did not have to stress or worry about coordinating with anyone. This, alone, was worth paying for their services!
They will provide you with many different vendor options during planning. So you can look at all different service offerings, prices and decide for yourself if it is the fit for you. If you do not feel the list of vendors is a right fit for your needs, they will send you even more options.. or they will welcome you to share any recommendations you find in your own vendor search. They are truly committed to YOU as the bride and groom, and seeking vendors that fit your vision, style and budget.
Speaking of budget… Carlotta & Elisa were both extremely helpful in helping us understand how to stay within our wedding budget. They will not push extra charges on you… I am happy to share that we did not go over our initial wedding budget thanks to them!
It is clear Elisa & Carlotta are well respected in the industry. Thanks to them, our wedding in Sicily was flawless and filled with personal touches. Our wedding day was truly the best day of our lives, and we give so much credit to Elisa & Carlotta.. and the additional team members they had onsite the day of our wedding to ensure we remained on schedule throughout the day, to coordinate with all the different vendors, and to check in with us as the bride and groom to make sure we were stress-free, fed, hydrated and happy the whole day!
We can’t recommend them enough for anyone dreaming of a perfect destination wedding. Do not think twice about hiring them. It is something you will never regret. We miss working with them already!

We came to Elisa and Carlotta after selecting a few vendors ourselves, and they were more than happy to work with our choices and recommend more. They recommended excellent vendors to us, and walked us through every step when we visited Sicily a few months before our wedding day. We had regular video calls and their communication was excellent at every step of the way. Every detail was thoughtfully planned out and executed from start to finish, and our day was perfect and totally stress free. They really went the extra mile, and we cannot recommend them enough!

Ci siamo rivolti a Pangiunia perché organizzavamo un matrimonio lontano dalla nostra residenza abituale e avevamo capito di aver bisogno di un aiuto con l’organizzazione. Quello che non ci aspettavamo era che avremmo avuto non solo la tranquillità di quel giorno che qualcuno si sarebbe occupato di tutto, ma che Carlotta avrebbe anche organizzato un evento meraviglioso, oltre ogni aspettativa. Nonostante qualche scetticismo iniziale, dovuto al fatto che Stefania avesse deciso di cambiare professione in corsa, Carlotta è stata perfettamente in grado di gestire magistralmente ogni cosa. I fornitori che ci ha suggerito sono stati tutti eccezionali e la sua organizzazione impeccabile.

Un giorno da sogno
Carlotta e Stefania sono un duo vincente che renderà indimenticabile il giorno del vostro matrimonio! Hanno una ottima e selezionata rete di fornitori, i migliori nel settore. Ci hanno ascoltato e guidato nell’organizzazione del matrimonio accontentando ogni nostra esigenza. Inoltre essendo molto impegnati sono state molto flessibili e si sono adattate ai nostri orari per organizzare o vari meeting. Il loro punto forte è l organizzazione. Il giorno del matrimonio non abbiamo dovuto pensare a nulla ed è stata una sensazione meravigliosa. Siamo riusciti a viverci tutto a pieno senza dover avere nessun tipo di pensiero. Le ragazze erano lì a dirigere tutto in maniera magistrale, dal bouquet alla chiesa al ricevimento. Ogni momento è stato scandito come nostro desiderio e nulla è andato storto. La loro presenza ha fatto la differenza e ha reso tutto perfetto!
