Če bi še enkrat izbirala poročnega fotografa, bi brez dvoma spet izbrala Dejana.
Že od prvega trenutka je bilo jasno, da ve, kaj dela. Bil je hiter, organiziran in samozavesten, zato je fotografiranje potekalo sproščeno in brez nepotrebnega izgubljanja časa. Točno je vedel, kaj hoče in kako voditi fotografiranje, da je bilo vse videti naravno.
In fotografije so preprosto vrhunske. Ujel je vse pomembne trenutke, čustva in drobne detajle. Končni rezultat je natanko tak, kot sva si ga želela – pristne, čudovite fotografije, ki bodo za vedno ohranile najlepše spomine.

From the very beginning, Dejan & Andjelina felt like so much more than photographers and filmmakers, they felt like part of our journey.

Our wedding in Sicily was incredibly intimate, just the two of us, which meant every moment, emotion and detail carried so much meaning. Somehow, they captured all of it with such artistry, sensitivity and heart. Looking through our gallery and films feels less like watching a wedding day and more like stepping back into those emotions all over again.

What stood out most to us was how natural and comfortable they made us feel. Nothing felt forced or overly posed. They have this rare ability to quietly blend into the background while still capturing the most beautiful, emotional and meaningful moments. Their work feels timeless, elegant and deeply personal.

Dejan je bil brez dvoma najboljša odločitev med vsemi izvajalci na najini poroki. Iskala sva “samo” fotografa, dobila pa še povezovalca dogajanja po obredih, zabavljača svatov in nekoga, ki je poskrbel, da je vse teklo gladko.

Zanesljiv in korekten je bil že od prvega povpraševanja naprej. Na prvem sestanku nama je zelo pomagal pri časovnici, pred poroko pa si je vzel čas še za spoznavni sestanek. Na poročni dan imaš zato občutek, da te res pozna, kar zelo pomaga pri sproščenosti.

Na sami poroki je usmerjal svate glede poteka dogajanja - vsi so vedeli, kdaj je fotografiranje, kdaj pogostitev, in nikoli se ni zgodilo, da bi kdo manjkal.

Med fotografiranjem nas je vse zabaval, zato so fotografije polne iskrenih nasmehov. Njegov stavek »Kdo je najlepši?« še danes slišim v družbi najinih gostov med fotografiranjem.

Kar nama je bilo še posebej pomembno: znal naju je umiriti v vsem kaosu poročnega dne, nama dal trenutke počitka in tudi takrat ujel čudovite, nepozirane fotografije.

Dejan res ujame ravnovesje med poziranimi slikami in pristnim dogajanjem – pravimi solzami, smehom in čustvi svatov ter poročnega para.

Ko je uradnega fotografiranja konec, imaš občutek, da ga skoraj ne opaziš več, fotografije pa pokažejo, da je bil pravzaprav povsod.

Dejana priporočam vsakomur, ki si želi sproščenega, zabavnega fotografiranja in fotografij, ki poročni dan resnično prikažejo takšen, kot je bil.

To say Dejan was one of the highlights of our entire elopement experience is an understatement! I cannot express how much I appreciate Dejan for his part in our special day.

Dejan was so reliable from the very first step. He helped us plan our entire elopement in Italy, which was a country we had never visited before, and he guided us through the ups and downs that come with an international elopement.

Throughout the entire experience,
Dejan was upbeat and welcoming. He made us feel like family, and I don’t think there is a bigger honor when it comes to this.

Dejan captured our unpredicted snowy, foggy, mountain elopement better than I ever could have imagined. We were not prepared for the snow, and yet somehow, Dejan made it the most magical wedding you could ever hope for!

He was prepared for everything - even when we weren’t. He had gloves, blankets, tea, support and love for us.

To say we had bad luck is an understatement. However, Dejan managed to capture the most beautiful memories! When we described the weather to our families and then showed them our pictures, they were in awe! It’s because Dejan is so incredibly talented.

We could not have asked for someone to better portray our love story than Dejan. We have the most incredible photos and videos to show for this.

We cannot thank Dejan (and Andjelina, Aria) enough for making our day so special.

It’s not often you leave your wedding day with a new friend, but we did. Dejan is someone you can trust to capture all the emotion and love of your wedding day. I would recommend him over and over again.

It is difficult to truly put into words how incredible it was to work with Dejan, but I will try my best. From the very moment we connected, Dejan was actively involved with any planning assistance we needed, especially since we are located in the US and were planning our elopement in Tuscany. Dejan was incredibly generous with suggesting different towns, locations, and backdrops, and even went above and beyond by scouting photo locations and sending them to us. He helped us pick out the perfect room/villa for us to stay in that would provide the best lighting and scenery. Dejan was always available for any questions or concerns we had, and when we realized it would be a cold, rainy one on the day we planned for our elopement, he assured us the rain and clouds would work in our favor. He was absolutely right, the photos are STUNNING and he truly captured the ethereal, moody, fairy tale feel we were hoping for. We had so much fun on the elopement day, and Dejan is truly a wonderful person to spend the day shooting with. We loved every minute we spent with him, and we are still in complete awe of our photos. Please do not look any further, Dejan is the best photographer and industry professional you could hope for. We are truly so grateful for our experience and for the results.

Dejan je odličen poročni fotograf, ki naju je znal usmeriti in je ujel vse pomembne in tudi manj pomembne trenutke najinega dneva.
Ob pregledu slik sva spet podoživela najin dan, vsakič, ko jih znova pogledava, pa začutiva tudi vse občutke, ki so naju tisti dan prevzemali.
Če bi se poročila še kdaj, bi se še stokrat odločila enako. Ker pa se ne nameravava, ga lahko le priporočava vsakemu, ki išče svojega poročnega fotografa.

Dejan might have been the best investment of our wedding: worth every penny (does the Euro have pennies?). Amazing pictures of not just us, but everyone. Great communication, fun and creative "photo shoot" sessions.. He was one of the more premium options by local Slovenian standards, but I felt he was well worth it.

For context, we hired him as our photographer for our wedding in Slovenia. I'm American, husband is Slovenian. We decided to do the wedding in his home country. Wedding was about 90 people total.

We were initially skeptical about hiring a photographer for our wedding at all, especially because we knew we'd all be taking pictures on our phones anyways. But the quality of the shots, the composition, the moments he captured.. he couldn't have done it better. All of us couldn't (can't!) stop talking about the pictures. I think everyone at the wedding got at least a couple shots that were for the books too.

These are a few things that stood out to me. First, communication was very easy and timely. We did some email, and also opened a WhatsApp group chat. Though my husband did most of the communication in Slovenian, he speaks English just fine. I don't want to be "that American" but this is low key important if you only speak English, so I'll mention that. Whatever questions we had, he answered promptly (despite the time difference NY/SLO), and there wasn't a moment I felt I couldn't talk to him.

Second, the instructions he gave for a lot of the planned shots made for amazing pictures. He isn't shy to make suggestions about how photo sessions go, what's a good idea, etc. so engage him, and listen to him without thinking too much. "Just walk the fields a bit" ok! ..."Hold his hand - ooh, freeze" ok [freeze]... "Poke his nose" ..what? Lol [candid shot]. Trust him, don't think too much. Honestly, this might be where the value lies: if you're just the average Joe like me (and my husband), you don't know how to pose, what looks good, what to do - you need a good eye for these things. Dejan has it, and he'll engage you and share it with you so you get the best shots.

Lastly, during the wedding, he was everywhere and nowhere at the same time. We pointed him out as our photographer so people knew. So sometimes we'd flag him down for a picture, but more often than not, he was like the air, floating around. And my goodness, the pictures from those moments. The movements, the lights, the emotion, the quiet monents. Those are the ones to treasure. He's really good at capturing the moment.

In terms of his photography style, look at his portfolio, but he will ask you what kind of pictures you like (to sort of calibrate his style to what you like), and he can oblige if you want certain types of pictures too. In our case, we liked the pops of color/patterns he went to capture, the artsy compositions, the candid shot vibes.. so we pointed those out, but basically asked him to just do his thing. We also did a run down of the different groups we needed to get more traditional group photos with. In hindsight, I still think this was the right way to go: you're hiring the photographer for their artistic sense as well, so you don't want to give too many directions - just a sense of what you like.

Include him, trust him, treat him with respect, and just let him do his thing - you'll be happy you did.

Ko sva jih pogledala do konca, sva ponovno podoživela najino poroko, kar sva si tudi želela, da bi bilo tako, ko sva izbirala fotografa.
Dejan je ujel vse pomembne trenutke na najini poroki, fotografije pa so izpadle zelo naravne in pristne.
Tudi samo fotografiranje neveste in ženina je bilo super, Dejan naju je usmerjal kaj morava narediti, kako se postaviti, kar nama je bilo v veliko pomoč, hkrati pa ujel najino spontanost.
