9 years I’m Anné Ladegast-Chiu, a German native who left Berlin for London many years ago, all in the name of love. After more than a decade working in media and production, I founded HILDE in 2017 as an expression of my passion for genuine connection, distinctive design, and all things beautifully organised. How did you get started in wedding planning? My own wedding and love of hosting and caring for people, combined with a lifelong passion for organisation and considered aesthetics, naturally led me into wedding planning. Can you tell us about the first wedding you ever planned? The first wedding I ever planned was my own – and it was the experience that made me realise this was exactly what I wanted to do.

We cannot thank Anné and the HILDE team enough for the incredible work in planning, design and on the day management of our wedding. From start to finish, and beyond, Anné’s unique and carefully crafted vision supported everything we were looking for and was manifested throughout, up to the smallest details. Not to mention Anné and the whole team are lovely, charismatic and encouraging, the exact people you want to have help plan a wedding.
Anné’s management of vendors, communication and organisation was professional, calm and extremely organised. On the day the HILDE team were meticulously organised with all aspects of organisation and support for our guests. As a Bride and Groom we were able to fully focus on the day whilst knowing everything would be going to plan. Anné’s design work was site specific, authentic and original. We felt connections woven throughout our day making it truly personable and special. Making the choices along the way were much easier as Anné helped us navigate through our options, providing us a tailored list of vendors for everything we were looking for.
