Before bringing her on board, we didn't know where to even start. Camilla gave us several options across the UK and Europe and made the whole process easy for us. She helped us stay within budget and was super easy to get a hold of from start to finish.

On the day her and Giulia (her assistant) were super attentive, helped us stay on time and coordinated with all the vendors to make everything super smooth.

I would rate her 10 stars if it was possible!!!

It is our pleasure to write this review for Camilla and her team (Gulia!!!!) as we could not have planned this wedding without her and she was simply exceptional at every step of the way planning our wedding. We reserved Villa Cetinale over 2 years ago and immediately felt how daunting of a task it was to plan an Overseas wedding. Once we found Camilla, all of that changed. From the very beginning, Camilla went far beyond what we ever expected. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but she made the entire process feel manageable, exciting, and even fun. Her organization was absolutely incredible…every detail was thoughtfully planned, every timeline was seamless, and she always seemed to be ten steps ahead, which gave us complete confidence that everything was under control.

What truly set her apart was her patience. No matter how many questions we had, how many changes we made, or how indecisive we were at times, she never made us feel like a burden. She took the time to listen, offered thoughtful advice, and always made us feel supported. Her professionalism was unmatched, yet she balanced it with such warmth and kindness that every conversation felt like talking with someone who genuinely cared about us.

She is exceptionally thorough, catching details we never would have thought about and ensuring nothing slipped through the cracks. Because of her, we were actually able to be present and enjoy our wedding day instead of worrying about logistics. Everything flowed beautifully, and so much of that is a direct reflection of her hard work behind the scenes. We had several hard decisions to make to accommodate weather and we were so disappointed, but then Camilla took charge and she made those changes BEAUTIFUL. She changed an entire location for an event we had planned for 2 years and it turned out gorgeous—beyond our wildest dreams. She even went to the store herself with her team to get extra decorations to make the new setting even more lovely.

Beyond being an outstanding wedding planner, she became someone we truly cherish. By the end of this journey, she felt less like a vendor and more like part of our family. She celebrated alongside us, cared deeply about making our day special, and poured her heart into every aspect of our wedding.

We honestly cannot imagine our wedding without her. If you're looking for someone who is organized, professional, patient, thorough, compassionate, and genuinely fun to work with, look no further. She was the best decision we made during our entire wedding planning process, and we will always be grateful for everything she did to make our dream wedding a reality. Wish we could spend more time with her and look forward to hopefully seeing her soon!!!

Camilla was more than our planner; she was there for all of the incessant questions, doubts, and decisions whilst only recommending and working with exceptional professionals. She delivered a stunning backdrop for an incredible day. She saved us numerous times from impulse and uninformed decisions couples make and provided a solution for every obstacle. My only criticism is that we can’t go through this journey with her every year. Camilla, Grazie, obrigada por tudo e nunca vamos te esquecer!

Camilla really did an outstanding job planning our wedding. It is no exaggeration to say that it really would not have been possible without her.

Her attention to detail, organisation and great network of collaborators really made our wedding exceptional. Indeed many of our guest remarked that it was the best wedding they had ever been to and I’d have to agree (even though I am of course, a bit biased!)

CAMILLA IS THE BEST WEDDING PLANNER EVER! From the day we started working with her to the day of the wedding, it was an absolute pleasure to go through this journey together. She puts her heart in everything as if she’s planning her own wedding and always gives you the best suggestions for everything.
The wedding itself completely blew our expectations, it was incredible and magical, something we could not even picture in our dreams. Camilla apart from being amazing at her job, is also an incredible person that will make wedding planning and the actual wedding day feel like a dream. Camilla is such a lovely human being and is a star wedding planner! I am SO glad that we decided to get her help with planning the rest of our wedding and coordinating on the day. She had amazing suggestions for additional elements and had great supplier contacts. I'm so glad she arranged for us to have an extra walkthrough at the venue to help visualise everything we would want on the day. She also suggested that my husband walk down the aisle with his mum which was such a beautiful addition to our ceremony. In the weeks leading up to the big day, she had everything completely under control and I felt like I could just focus on the task of getting married and basking in the glow of the day. She is super responsive over WhatsApp, ready to answer any question I threw her way. My only regret is that we didn’t bring Camilla on earlier in the planning process to get her steer on more things!

We hired Camilla to be an ‘on the day co-ordinator’ for our wedding - I needed a right hand woman who I could trust to hand over the reigns and make sure all my planning and preparation came to life the way I imagined. Camilla was there for me throughout the whole wedding process to bounce ideas off, but most importantly, she gave me the confidence to relax on my wedding day (I’m a control freak!) - she was a pleasure to be around, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure any hiccups were dealt with. Camilla has now become a friend, I admire her work greatly. Do not hesitate to book her services.

Camilla planned our wedding from A to Z and it was literally our dream wedding. Her professionalism, dedication, attention to details and hard work are remarkable. She poured her heart into organizing the perfect wedding for us. It felt to me as if she was organizing her own considering the amount of efforts she put into ensuring that everything would be perfect and going the extra mile. On D Day, there was a storm just before the ceremony, everything had to be moved inside suddenly. I was extremely disappointed. But seeing that the meteo cleared out, Camilla went above and beyond and with the help of the hotel staff, arranged for everything to be moved back outside quickly. I was amazing! Throughout the process, Camilla and her assistant Giulia were a calming force. Because of them we were extremely relaxed on wedding day as we knew we were fully taken care of. Do yourself a favor and organize your wedding with Camilla!
