I first met Dale a few months before the wedding which took place this weekend. I was so impressed with him personally, he was articulate, well organised and had a thorough knowledge of wedding venues and the little details that go toward making a wedding successful.
As I've said the wedding took place this weekend and we were certainly not disappointed with the preparation and hard work, Dale & jus team had done to make it such a successful event. Every little whim and preference was catered for and it was done with a friendly confident manner by Dale and his team. It ran like clockwork, there weren't any hiccups or last minute panics, every guest was impressed by the smooth running of the wedding.
Therefore I can recommend Dale Alexander events without any reservations at all. If you need an event to be organised, Dale & his team are second to none in the perfection they achieve!

I worked alongside Dale this weekend as a photographer for a wedding, and was so impressed by how organised, calm and helpful both he and Rachael were, and how smoothly the day ran from start to finish. They were so warm and approachable, and there to help with literally everything, including broken shoes and dress malfunctions! Everyone felt so well looked after. I could not recommend Dale Alexander Events more to anyone looking for a wedding planner.

Prior to meeting Dale, we had visited many wedding venues, none of which felt perfect for us. Our final venue visit was to Delamere Manor where we met Dale and WOW what an experience. Yes Delamere Manor is a amazing venue but it was Dales welcoming, caring and kind nature that sold it to us, we couldn’t visualise our wedding anywhere else and with anyone else. He made us feel like the most important couple, who’s visions could absolutely come to life and when we found out we could hire his wedding planning services privately there was no doubt in our minds when we snapped him up.

Our wedding was 3 years in the making, 3 years of smiles, laughs and pure happiness all thanks to Dale. He found us the best suppliers and made sure we had our dream day all within budget.

I didn’t feel I had to give much input for Dale to understand my vision which could make some people anxious but I trusted Dale and the tears in my eyes when I saw our ceremony all set up said it all - he captured my vision so easily and bought it to life.

I didn’t have to think about a thing on our wedding day, Dale did it all so perfectly, he is a true professional with the kindest heart.

Towards the end of our planning journey we met Rachael - what a phenomenal team they make! Rachael went above and beyond on our wedding day not only for us but our guests!

There’s been much talk about how our wedding was the best that our guest had ever been to, but every time Dale & Rachael we’re both always praised by our guests in these conversations, their names were well known and definitely made an excellent impression alongside our amazing suppliers all of which were recommended by Dale: Boujee Box Weddings, Gareth Roy Photography, Bloomsbury Cakes, AJSarsfield videography, DJ Floorfillas.

We are just a normal couple who had a truly perfect wedding day all thanks to Dale.

Now our wedding day has been and gone, it definitely does not feel like the end but the beginning to a lifelong friendship with the man who gave us everything we ever dreamt of and the memories to last a lifetime.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dale and Rachael, for a recent wedding at Colshaw Hall. As a wedding videographer, having Dale and Rachael on my side was amazing.
The team at Dale Alexander Events were an absolute dream to work with. Dale’s communication was exceptional in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and he helped me plan the filming day, making sure I knew everything I needed to.

On the wedding day, they were extremely professional and super attentive, yet very relaxed. He and Rachael had everything under control. They had carefully created the most beautiful, bespoke experience for the couple at Colshaw Hall.
I cannot wait to work with Dale and his team again.

After doing a lot of research, I booked Dale originally to do the “on the day” coordinating of our wedding but after all of his advice and support leading up to the big day, we decided to bring him on board early to help plan and manage the last four months leading up to the wedding - and I can say with confidence that this was the best decision we made! Dale swooped in and made the planning so easy and seamless (particularly after I was trying to do it all myself!). Dale helped with selecting all creative details like the table settings, floral arrangements and all the little details to bring my vision to life, and I really commend him for that because I could be a bit unclear sometimes with what I was thinking in my head and he always understood what I meant and translated it to all of our suppliers! When we walked into the reception, I was completely blown away with how amazing everything looked. Dale also helped with adding many meaningful touches to our wedding - like having a a cute vintage red bus that took our guests to/from the church and adding lilac candles to our table settings - which really added to the whole day and made everything so special and that our guests really appreciated. He also helped manage our budget and gave us some really great advice on cost savings throughout the process, which was really helpful.

Leading up to the big day, Dale would check in with us on a gradually increasing basis, giving us updated to do lists and helping prioritize what needed to be done in the upcoming weeks and then days leading up to the wedding (which ensured we actually got everything done!). He seamlessly took over all coordination and planning with our numerous suppliers, which I hugely appreciated (particularly leading up to the wedding). He also created a detailed timeline which was incredibly helpful to all parties involved.

On the day, Dale and Rachel executed our wedding to perfection - it was everything I had hoped for and more! One of the biggest (and honestly, most important) things that Dale and Rachel did for us was create the most stress-free and relaxing environment for the big day. We completely trusted them to manage everything, and on the day, my now husband and I were able to totally relax and enjoy every amazing moment.

The whole day ran smoothly and without any hitch, and I have had several of our guests tell me that our wedding was the most beautiful and well done wedding they had ever been to.

I cannot recommend Dale and Rachel enough! I can honestly say our wedding would not have been the same without his and Rachel’s help, and I could not have been happier with the way everything turned out.

Thank you to Dale and Rachael for organising and running our special day, it was a dream come true. We worked with Dale for over 2 years, throughout the entire time Dale and his team communicated with us regularly, answered all our questions and helped us navigate any obstacles. Even when we had to change venues part way through planning, Dale kept us calm and put us at ease that everything would be okay.

Dale’s contacts and connections really helped bring our ideas to reality, it is clear he is highly respected in the wedding industry and the ultimate professional. In the build up, Dale went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect experience; from extra on site meetings, digital illustrations to help us visualise the final look to helping family members pull off surprises for us.

Both us and our guests are still in awe at the venue decoration, our guests audibly gasped when they walked in, and have since been referring to the wedding as the Wedding of the Year! The florals in particular were a masterpiece as you can see on the pictures(Photography by Capture my Big Day), created by Red Floral based on Dale’s expert brief.

We both had complete trust in Dale on the day, he was with us from first thing in the morning until the last guest went home, he ensured everything ran to time on the day and created the ultimate event plan (9 pages and counting!). Dale worked really hard with our suppliers to bring personal touches to the day; such as sourcing Manx Queenies with our caterers, developing a custom cocktail with the bar team and personal decorations on the wedding cake.

Dale and team were incredible to work with and we simply wouldn’t have had the amazing Wedding that we did without him! He understood the brief so quickly and was so amazing at then directing us to the suppliers who could achieve our vision at our price point which made booking venue, flowers etc really simple. In the run up to our big day he was so organised it took so much of the stress away from us so we could get excited and he came up with a number of finishing touches that made our day so special!

They had clearly carried out their research with regards to matching their couples wishes with the correct suppliers, as the style of cake they wanted reflected my style perfectly.
