From the first consultation to the wedding day, communication was excellent, professional, and friendly. The team truly listened to what I wanted and created the most beautiful hair and makeup look that felt natural, elegant, and lasted all day despite the warm Tuscany weather.

What impressed me most was their organization and attention to detail. Knowing I could trust them completely gave me so much peace of mind while planning a wedding abroad.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about BLBS Management! After a terrible experience with a previous makeup artist during my trial (it left me so disappointed and even a bit traumatized), I was so nervous to try again. But from the very first message, Anna and her team made me feel completely taken care of.
My stylist listened to everything I wanted — soft, natural, elegant glam — and made me look even better than I imagined. I actually cried happy tears seeing myself in the mirror! The whole process was calm, organized, and so professional.
On the wedding day everything ran perfectly on time, my hair and makeup lasted through the heat, the photos, and all the dancing. I felt beautiful, confident, and truly like myself.

It has taken me almost eight months to finally put into words how heartbreaking my experience with BLBS truly was. After spending over two years carefully planning my destination wedding, I never imagined that one of the most emotional and meaningful parts of the day, getting ready with my family and closest friends, would end up being one of the most upsetting memories fr om my wedding.I booked my trial in Rome four days before the wedding because I wanted to feel confident and prepared going into such an important day.
However, my makeup artist, Brigida asked me to move my appointment up by three hours, despite knowing that was during the exact time I was flying in. I explained that I would not even have enough time to make it fr om the airport to the hotel if the appointment was moved earlier, yet I was still told there would only be about an hour to complete both my hair and makeup, even though I would not have time afterward to return to the hotel and make any changes or adjustments.What made the situation even more upsetting was that the trial was never directly canceled to me. Instead, my wedding planner informed me that another last minute wedding had come up and that my trial would no longer happen. As a bride who had booked far in advance and invested so much trust into your team, it was incredibly hurtful to feel like my wedding and my experience no longer mattered. It honestly felt like another booking and more money became the priority over the bride who had spent years planning one of the biggest days of her life.Since the trial never happened, I made time for a video consultation wh ere I clearly explained the exact look I wanted. I specifically emphasized multiple times that I wanted a glamorous look that embraced my natural tan undertones and made me feel beautiful, confident, and like myself. I was reassured that because we missed the trial, every step would be shown to me on the wedding morning so we could make sure I loved the final result.That never happened.On the morning of my wedding, I looked paler than I have ever looked in my life. There was almost no contouring, the foundation did not match my skin tone, and I immediately expressed that I was unhappy and did not feel like myself. I asked to look more bronzed and warmer, but instead of feeling heard or cared for, I was essentially told that nothing more could really be done. What made this even more upsetting was that there was no wedding after mine, so there was time to fix it if anyone had truly cared to.What hurt the most was not just the makeup itself, but the way the situation was handled. The tone, professionalism, and lack of compassion shown by Brigida throughout the morning were shocking, especially in an industry centered around brides and such emotional once in a lifetime moments. At one point, she even got into an argument with my mother, which only added more stress and emotion to an already overwhelming morning.My mother’s makeup also lacked coverage to the point wh ere her sun spots were still showing through, and both of our makeup lasted only a few hours before breaking apart and fading. Several of my bridesmaids ended up redoing their own makeup afterward because they were unhappy with how they looked, including my Maid of Honor. By only a few hours into the wedding, much of the makeup had already worn off and disappeared.Getting ready on your wedding day is supposed to be one of the happiest and most special moments of your life. It is the moment you are surrounded by the people you love most, filled with excitement, emotion, and anticipation before walking down the aisle. Instead, I spent that morning feeling stressed, dismissed, disappointed, and honestly devastated over how I looked and how I was treated.Looking back now, I am deeply upset with myself for trusting BLBS with such an important part of my wedding day simply because it was recommended by my wedding planner. Since the wedding, I have spoken with other brides who shared very similar experiences, which makes this even more concerning and heartbreaking to hear.I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously and that meaningful conversations happen internally so no other bride has to carry the same disappointment and hurt from what should have been one of the happiest mornings of her life.Morgan

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better hair and makeup experience - Thank you Elisa! From the moment Elisa arrived, she brought such a calm, reassuring energy that instantly put me at ease. She truly made me feel like the best version of myself — natural and still me, just elevated.

Everything held up perfectly throughout the day (and night!) — even through happy tears, hugs, and dancing. I’ve never felt so beautiful, and it’s all thanks to Elisa’s incredible talent!

I was quite nervous of trusting someone with hair and makeup whom I have never met before and wondered if our vision of how it should turn out would actually match. Afterwards I can only say she did such a wonderful job! I am so glad she was my hair and makeup artist and I would decide again in her favor if I had to. It was not only her skill, but also her kind personality, her fleixibitly and calmness. Francesca Calo, was wonderful. We did the trial the day before my wedding because it was a destination wedding. She followed the look of a video I sent her and took down any changes I wanted for the wedding day. My hair was fantastic. I originally wanted a half up-do but do the the summer heat we changed it to a loose low bun that could be converted to a half up-do later in the night. She stayed for touch-ups after the ceremony and helped me convert the bun to the half up-do. She did make up on my sister's, my mom, and a groom grooming. I highly recommend Franscesca!

I can’t thank BLBS enough for their help with my wedding as well as my welcome party. To start, they were amazing to communicate with. I live in the states and their emails/messages back to all of my questions were timely and thorough. I was lucky enough to be able to meet with Anna and Stefan months before my wedding for my trial and they nailed it. They made sure to ask a lot of questions and take notes on certain brands I like and checked in with me later in the day to check how my hair and makeup lasted. They also saved the day for me for my welcome party. I thought I had my venue locked in to support hair but it that ended up not being the case. After reaching out a few weeks prior they thankfully were able to support. Again, they nailed the look I was going for after being shown same day what I wanted done. Lastly, they were so wonderful to work with on my wedding day. I had a small bridal party and they were able to accommodate everyone’s specific look requests and even supported touch ups later in the day. They made this part of my wedding day effortless and really made me look and feel beautiful. I would highly recommend!
