We worked with Dany and she was amazing to work with. For the last year, she helped with everything and was so personable, honest, and helpful. She had all the wedding expertise, but was also caring of our wants and needs from finances, to family dynamics, to preferences. In the wedding weekend itself, she was incredible at coordinating everything and executing. Her team was amazing and basically read our minds. They made the experience so stress free. Of course, the execution was on point and exactly as described. I won’t be getting married again, but if I did, I’d hire Dany again without a doubt. 10/10.

Looking for a planner is arguably one of the most important decisions we made in our wedding planning process. After interviewing over 10 planners, we stumbled upon some glowing reviews about The Planner Events team. Those reviews could not have been accurate, and here we are the day after our wedding writing one of our own!

Dany from TPE’s team was absolutely nothing short of incredible. She worked with us the entire way, patiently listening, brainstorming solutions, negotiating with vendors, and all together keeping us sane. It can be scary planning a destination wedding, but Dany made it way easier.

Besides the planning process, Dany and her team made wedding day absolutely flawless for us. They showed up for us in ways we couldn’t even have anticipated, thinking of everything we could have needed and making sure we were 1000% taken care of. I’ve been a bridesmaid in weddings that didn’t have a good planning team, and the experience working with Dany was such a stark difference. The entire day went flawlessly - to me, at least! We couldn’t be more grateful to Dany and the TPE team working behind the scenes to make sure we had the most special day. Thank you thank you thank you. If you’re thinking about booking them, JUST DO IT! I promise they’re worth every single penny.

It is hard to put into words the gratitude and appreciation we have towards Fernanda and her team. Her attitude, energy, execution, and professionalism throughout the entire process blew us away. She truly made the happiest time of our lives a magical experience and we wish we could get married again just to work with her all over. She is extremely talented and one of the most hard working and dedicated individuals I have had the pleasure of meeting!

Fernanda was very attentive throughout the whole wedding planning process. She made it easy for us presenting every option we had, we are so happy we went with her for our wedding in La Paz, after get to speaking with her we truly appreciated her expertise with the whole Baja Sur region. The Planner Events (and our amazing wedding planner, Melissa) are the absolute best. There really are no words for how incredible this team is (shout out to Danielle as well - she’s wonderful!). They not only have such an eye for beauty and aesthetic, but they are so organized and make your day feel like a breeze. I may be the only bride that had virtually no stress the weekend of my destination wedding, and it’s all due to this team. You must book them as your wedding event team!!

Melissa and the entire Planner Events team were an absolute dream to work with!! They made planning an international wedding so seamless. We spoke with Melissa almost weekly for about 1.5 years. Reviewing every small detail of our three day wedding weekend. All the events of the weekend exceeded our expectations on every front. I could not recommend this team enough! Desde que nos conocimos siempre fuiste una persona de lo más profesional y dedicada en tu trabajo. No hubo cosa que te pidiera que no lograras, ninguna de mis ideas o comentarios pasaban desapercibidos, y todos los planes tenían seguimiento sin importar los obstáculos o dificultades que se pudieran presentar.

Los proveedores que me recomendaste, todos excelentes. Deisy siempre muy atenta y dispuesta a lograr la visión que quería sin importar las juntas que se necesitaran. Y ese día puso las flores de la iglesia en la mesa de novios y lucieron muchísimo :) Beto también muy comprensivo con todo y las mesas se veían preciosas. La iluminación de Nestor también estuvo excelente y la pista blanca quedó muy bonita. Somos Lumus súper lindos, nos hicieron sentir tranquilos en momentos de nervios y se ve que aman lo que hacen, ya quiero ver las fotos!

Gracias a ti por estar desde el principio dedicada a que esta boda saliera lo mejor posible. Por tener voz firme con los proveedores y con PC para que nos dieran el mejor servicio. Siempre accediendo a preguntar o intentar todo aunque tal vez fuera en contra del reglamento (oops!). Durante un periodo tan especial y tan intenso como tu embarazo estuviste atenta hasta el final y Fer también se portó excelente con nosotros cuando tu estabas con baby Nico. Hasta para mis dos pruebas de menús y flores me apoyaron y acompañaron. Todo el equipo de planner events estuvo presente en la boda y se notó el esfuerzo y excelente trabajo de todas ese día. En realidad todo resultó mejor de lo que esperé. Todos mis sueños se cumplieron en un día maravilloso que nunca voy a olvidar y que siempre voy a agradecer y atesorar en mi corazón.

Hubo muchas cosas que siento fueron bendiciones más que casualidades. Como que se calmara el viento y ese día fuera lindo y soleado, que nos tocara un padre tan lindo, que hubiera luna llena, y que me tocaras tu como wedding planner y compañera en este proceso definitivamente es una de ellas. Esta boda es de lo más difícil que he tenido que hacer, y no lo pude haber logrado sin ti (algo que estoy segura te dicen todas tus novias). Tú hiciste todo esto posible. Espero que la vida te siga dando alegrías, y que sigas ayudando a muchas novias a cumplir sus sueños, porque eres un ángel del wedding planning. Pero en caso de que haya otros planes en tu futuro, me siento feliz de haber sido una de las afortunadas que te pudo conocer.

Paulette was the planner assigned to me and my wife's wedding. We were looking for someone to replace our previous planner who we had issues with. Paulette came in and seemlessly picked up where the last planner left off. She paid attention to every detail and was organized from the very beginning. I don’t even know where to start! Everything about working with Sandra and Fernanda was fabulous! They are kind, communicative, organized and they have an amazing eye. I feel so lucky that my wedding planner felt like a best friend. Our wedding was everything we could have asked for and more. I could go on and on.
