I truly could not be happier with my photos and the end to end experience with MemoryBox. Not only are they still on the affordable side of photography, but you truly get an elevated experience and amazing photos for what you pay. I admittedly sort of got overwhelmed towards by wedding date since I had to travel internationally and it was a lot of logistics, and I forgot to schedule a call to iron out details and confirm an additional time that the photographers had everything they needed to get to my venue, find me on the huge resort, etc. When my day arrived and I looked up at the time and saw my photographers should be there, I kid you not I opened my hotel room door and there they were! On time, in the most joyous kind mood, ready to capture the day. I was so impressed that they were able to arrive without more guidance and several calls placed to me or my wedding planner, they are true professionals who get the job done. I was so grateful for their patience and professionalism because my husband and I are both very awkward and dont enjoy having our photo taken so I was unsure we'd even have great photos, I am truly in shock of how many of the photos we absolutely love. I know there are less expensive options in the area but I would recommend paying slightly more for a flawless experience. They also have an awesome website user experience which I really value when sorting through this volume of photos, I could not be happier with my choice!

As a bride who doesn’t love being the center of attention and doesn’t feel very photogenic at all, you wouldn’t be able to tell because they made me feel so comfortable and beautiful the second they walked in to the room.
They helped me each step of the way and were in two places at once capturing amazing things for the groom and guests as well!
We watched the video they captured and created for us and it brought all the incredible memories back and brought us both to tears.

JUST AMAZING! Fred and Melissa are true professionals - it was difficult to find the words to truly describe how incredible they made our day (and how perfect the photos were) but I’ve tried to summarize below:
Upon arrival, Fred and Mel put my wife and I both at ease immediately. They were calm, cool and collected, and operated with precision to direct both the bride and groom parties throughout the afternoon.
We were never rushed, but always stayed on schedule and I appreciated that so much. With all the chaos going on throughout our wedding day Fred and Mel were a breath of fresh air that had us both relaxed and looking our best for our photos!! Not to mention they are both fun and hilarious and had our groups having a blast while taking our pictures. Normally photos aren’t the “fun” part of the wedding, but they made it fun which we really appreciated.
Their style is exactly what we looked for - moody, artistic, and captured our vibe perfectly. They did a great job of directing our group for angles, creative shots, and most importantly the candids. The best part about their style is that they become a fly on the wall and captured the essence of the moment in a way that I’ve never seen before.
We just received our photos back and we are so thrilled!!
Cannot recommend them more for anyone looking for photography services - my wife and I wished they could have stayed to hangout with our group after the wedding - such lovely people.

Fred&Mel are absolutely amazing to work with- from our very first conversation to the delivery of our full wedding album! They captured all the precious moments of our special day and I am so thankful to have all these to look back on. Their style is absolute perfection and they genuinely cared about myself and my family during our destination wedding. 10/10!
Where do I even begin! Fred and his team at Memory Box have completely blown us away. From being so wonderful and easy to work with the day of our wedding to sending us the gallery of our absolute dreams, we could not be happier. They were able to capture details of our wedding that we missed completely. We can see the emotions on our and loved one’s faces, and we will cherish these photos for the rest of our lives. Going through our album (for the 30th time), I feel like I am living that day all over again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Mel and Fred are THE BEST. They perfectly captured our vibe and couldn't have asked for better photographers. They also have the most amazing energy, which is exactly what you want on such a joyous day.

They were also great at giving direction, which I desperately need because I can be pretty awkward in front of the camera. If you think I look good in these photos, it's truly because Mel. She knew how to make me look good.
If you're getting married in Riviera Maya, I strongly recommend Memorybox for your photography. And even if you're not getting married in Riviera Maya, I would fly them to where ever you are getting married because they are simply the best. Believe me, you will want them at your wedding (no matter where it is).

Mel and Fred are such a pleasure to work with. They beautifully captured our engagement photos, patiently waited as we changed outfits 3 times, and made us feel so comfortable and natural during the shoot. What I loved is that they captured real spontaneous moments, not only posed ones. They sent us a sneak peek of the pictures less than a week later, and their editing was stunning. Highly recommend them!
MemoryBox was so amazing! We aren’t photo people, we’re awkward in photos and we didn’t want our whole day to revolve around taking photos like many weddings do. They worked with us on that and we got amazing photos but we were able to do it while still having a relaxed day and spending as much time as possible with our family and friends in Tulum. Fred and Mel are so good at their job and it’s so clear they genuinely enjoy what they do. I hope to get to somehow work with them again one day. My guests loved them too!
Every time I mentioned we had MemoryBox photographing our wedding it was always met with "they are the best!"... and wow, they were.
