Claire was absolutely incredible and played such a huge part in making our wedding everything we dreamed of.

As I said in my wedding speech, when I started sending her ideas involving cowboy hats, lasers and increasingly ridiculous production ideas, she must have wondered what on earth she’d signed up for! But she completely embraced everything we wanted to do and helped bring it all together perfectly.

She was calm, organised and always one step ahead throughout the whole process. She also went above and beyond to help me organise a surprise for my wife on the day, which my wife had absolutely no idea about, and it ended up being one of the most special moments of the wedding.

After two years of planning together, Claire genuinely felt more like a friend than our wedding planner. We honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you for everything, Claire!

Nearly four months on from our wedding, my husband and I are still in awe of Claire and the incredible day she created for us.

To say Claire completely surpassed anything we could have possibly expected would be an understatement.

We had a compressed timeline, which Claire was characteristically unfazed by, guiding us through every step with her calm, steady presence, and her exceptional organisation, creativity, and attention to detail. She shortlisted fantastic suppliers who met our vision, she kept us focused on priorities, and consistently went above and beyond for us. Entrusting her with our styling was one of the best decisions we could have made - Claire brought our taste and personality to life perfectly and created a visual we were completely blown away by. Throughout, she was responsive, patient, and always checking in to ease our minds.

The day itself was beyond perfect and went flawlessly. Claire and her amazing team were across every minute detail, ensuring ours and our guests’ experiences were a joy. I can’t count the number of wedding guests who have subsequently commented (one last week, nearly four months on!) on how brilliant she was. Despite being busy coordinating the entire event, Claire made time to check in with us, offering her calming and kind presence in those moments where each of us may have needed it.

Beyond her professionalism and brilliance, Claire is an incredibly special person - warm, thoughtful, and full of genuine joy in making others happy. We feel so fortunate to have gained a friend and we can’t wait to work with her again in the future.

Claire was genuinely amazing and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. We’d been feeling overwhelmed by all the decisions and didn’t know where to start, but she made the whole planning process feel calm and straightforward. On the day itself, we honestly just turned up and enjoyed it. No stress, no running around, everything was just taken care of (even the day before and after too!).

With a marquee wedding, there are so many moving parts, but Claire had everything under control from the outset. Even when we had to make some last-minute changes because of the weather, she handled it so smoothly that we didn’t even notice and the day turned out just as good, if not better, than we’d imagined.

She really took the time to understand what we wanted and brought it all to life with care and attention to detail. All the personal touches we’d hoped for were there, and it really felt like “us.” She made fantastic suggestions for the bits that we hadn’t even thought of, and made sure every detail was seamlessly tied together. We also found all our suppliers through Claire, and every one of them was brilliant, talented, lovely to deal with, and totally reliable.

If you’re planning a wedding and want someone who’s calm, organised, and just really easy to work with, Claire’s your person. We’re so grateful we had her on board and can’t imagine how we would have done it without her. It really was a day we’ll never forget!

We met Claire just over a year before our wedding. Actually charging our wedding date to ensure we could use Claire! From the first meeting she was just fantastic, listening to our quirky requests, tastes and ideas, she executed everything perfectly. The level of service is second to none, Claire always replied to any request within a hour! And the amount of communication made us feel so at ease and truly trust Claire with the process.

Claire helped bring touches of our personalities to a marquee in Somerset which made it so special. Every guest commented on how fantastic and stylish the marquee looked. From the intimate design features to nods to our beautiful cats, every guest said that walking into the marquee was like walking into our home albeit a very stylish one!

Claire was so helpful in the admin side of the wedding such as the invitation , RSVP’s, invoices and helping to round up the RSVP’s and ensure everything was in order. Which is such an important side of the planning but also quite stressful part!

No request was too hard or too much effort, Claire simply smiled and said yes. We could not recommend Claire enough, and my mother, father and sister all praise her services as well. Should there be another wedding in the family, we will most definitely be giving Claire a call.

The only downside is that now we don’t get our daily dose of Claire!

After this incredible experience, we wouldn’t consider planning another wedding without Claire. She is absolutely amazing, and we cannot thank her enough for making our daughter’s special day so unforgettable.

This review is written from the groom perspective of a couple who live in New York for a London-based wedding. We had around 100 guests at our wedding with more than half traveling internationally for a 10-hour event, and our focus for the event was centered around the guest experience.

The reason I feel so strongly about writing this review is because it is easy to scroll IG and see the results of Claire’s work, but they do not always show the execution of her process. For brides and grooms, Claire delivers an incredible wedding with fantastic memories for the newlyweds and all the guests.

Hiring Claire was the crucial choice that allowed us to plan and host a large event, especially considering the logistical challenges such as vendor coordination, creative alignment, and day-of-logistics. Claire is a soup-to-nuts planner that started coordinating with us nearly 2 years prior to our wedding, where she was also involved with date selection, venue selection, and invitation timing, etc. On the day of, Claire was extremely helpful making our day stress-free and made the guest experience completely seamless as we went from event to event without a hitch. While this is my own shortcoming, I had zero knowledge of the itinerary for my wedding day. However, it did not matter because Claire was able to handle all the vendors / timing of outfit changes so that all I needed to focus on was talking to the guests.

As you can tell now, I am an aloof groom, so why does this matter that I keep emphasizing this. Well, many grooms complain that they need to make too many decisions and that they would happily delegate all these decisions to the wedding planner. The reality is that this is unavoidable because your wedding planner cannot make decisions for you. They are your guests and you ultimately need to choose. However, what allows Claire to be an exceptional wedding planner is that she curates the decisions and proposes great options. You can also ask her exactly why it matters, when you need to decide by, how economical is it, and can the decision be decided by a coin toss. While my bride would never let me decide by coin toss, my point is that Claire’s curation is already so creatively aligned that you’re picking between Ketchup and Catsup.

We strongly recommend Claire for London-based weddings and hope that you have an amazing time getting married!

Claire is absolutely one of a kind when it comes to wedding planning. Her attention to detail is second to none and we had the most fabulous time working with her.

We met about 15 months out from our wedding, and Claire made the planning process so easy and straightforward right from the start. From narrowing down the choices of her fabulous suppliers, to budget management, her creative vision and eye for beautiful styling, Claire goes above and beyond and we really couldn’t have done it without her.

I have to say Claire came into her absolute own in the few weeks leading up to the wedding, lending an ear for any concerns that we may have had. We went through contingency planning for wet / hot weather and Claire was an amazing voice of calm throughout. She is always one step ahead and would more often than not have thought about something before I even thought to mention it. I would have never imagined I’d be so calm in the week or two before our wedding but Claire’s support meant that I really was!

Her coordination on the day itself was completely priceless, we didn’t have to worry about a thing apart from enjoying our magical day and spending time with our family and friends. We even managed to snatch a few moments to soak it all in together.

All of our family and friends commented on how brilliant an asset she was, so attentive and kind not just to Max and I but to all of our guests. The team she has built around her also gives credit to what a pro she is and all of our suppliers said that we were working with the absolute best in the biz.
