Angasana Corfu: our experience was nothing short of 5 star. The staff was incredible from assisting with Wednesday drinks in old town to our yacht charter Thursday to the private beach front welcome party Friday, to moving our outdoor wedding reception inside 3 hours before our ceremony because of the weather. The venue was modern, polished, suites were incredible and the food was out of this world.
Tips + Advice: always have a plan be even in dry climates. Find a planner who is excited about your vision, not one who try to control the aesthetic outcome. It truly goes faster than you think, enjoy the days and take little moments for just the two of you.
We chose Corfu to be a true destination wedding, everything we did centered around experiences for our guests and enjoying the culture of Corfu.

Angsana were such attentive hosts. They listened to every request, every idea, and took the time to understand our vision. They were really great at working with us - in contrast to a fair few alternative venues we recced that came with lots of rules and stipulations, Angsana were so accommodating right from the get go. I could tell they just wanted us to have the best time.
Your venue is your backdrop. This might sound obvious, but it’s far too easy to fall in love with one element of a venue. When choosing your venue, ask yourself, are there enough picturesque spots? Where would you take your photos? Imagine what the background would look like - is it anything like the photos on your Pinterest board?
We loved Angsana because it had range - from rooftop ocean views to green pine trees and mountain backdrops.

We loved our experience on Corfu! Picking the right location for our wedding was the hardest part of planning since it sets the scene for everything else. We had a few key criteria: Gorgeous views, stunning beaches and water, good food and hospitality, plenty of activities around, and last but not least an airport within ~30 minutes to make the travel more convenient. Once we found Corfu, and especially our venue Cecilia Estate (heaven on earth!!), it all fell into place.
Corfu offered everything we wanted and more: a charming old town, amazing bars and musicians, plenty of accommodations for different price levels and preferences, and the friendliest people. It allowed us to not only celebrate our wedding day but also welcome drinks with harbor views, and a fun boat day through the Mediterranean. Our planner Goldie was an angel and helped us find amazing vendors and places, and went above and beyond to make our wedding unforgettable and stress-free.
