Planning our wedding in Greece while living in the U.S. felt a little crazy, but it turned out better than we could have imagined.
Our venue was absolutely beautiful. Having all the villas made everything so convenient for us and our guests, and we didn’t have to worry about noise or logistics. The team took care of everything, including cleaning, which made the whole experience stress-free. They even offered transportation, which was a great option to have.
The catering and bar service were phenomenal, and our guests had the best time. Our wedding lasted almost 12 hours, which we loved. We had a sax player, Greek dancers, and so many fun moments that kept the energy going all night.
Our wedding planner was amazing. Planning from the other side of the world is not easy, but she made everything feel manageable. The day of the wedding we had an unexpected issue and had to change locations last minute, and it actually turned out even more beautiful. They made everything work.
Our photographer was very talented, but if we could change one thing, we would have created a shot list. We wish we had more photos with our families and more individual moments. Our advice to any couple is to definitely plan that ahead of time.
Overall, the experience was incredible. We truly loved it and would get married 17 times in Mykonos if we could.
