This was truly an amazing resort. One of a kind of experience. My wife and I had a magnificent time. The staff in service is second to none. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

This hotel is wonderful from the fabulous rooms with floor to ceiling sliding windows to the expertly crafted dining on the beach or at Humo. Beautiful pools, beach access and spa with sounds bath. If you want peace and relaxation on your next vacation this is the spot.
My family and I had the BEST time at this property. We have stayed at roughly 12 ritz Carlton’s and this property is our favorite so far. The property its self is stunning, well kept, and has a beautiful pool with ocean views. The rooms are also quite large, with amazing porch space, and are very clean. The staff, service, and food are the selling point of Zadun. We were treated like family the moment we were dropped off at the hotel. Carlos and Andres took such good care of us. All staff members were at our disposal whenever we needed. The FOOD and drinks were spectacular. We ventured off the property a few times to try restaurants and left disappointed because nothing beats Ritz Carlton service and food. Humo was our absolute favorite meal of our trip. My family and I will be back and we suggest this hotel to anyone thinking about going to Cabo!
This is a stunning property with five-star hospitality I’d expect from a luxury resort. From the moment we stepped onto the resort, we were amazed at not just the views and amenities but the professionalism of the staff. We were here to celebrate a milestone birthday for my mom and the team absolutely exceeded our expectations. They upgraded us to a beautiful room with a plunge pool and had a bottle of champagne upon arrival with a personalized note. Lizethe and Sergio from guest relations helped me to plan a surprise beach side dinner through their Beyond Dining program where we were able to create a custom menu. Miriam, our server, did an incredible job and helped make the experience memorable with some special touches. Moses, our butler, decorated the room when we arrived back after dinner. Aside from the dinner our experience at the restaurants, beach and pool were also fantastic. Thanks to the whole team that helped make this a truly memorable trip for my family.
It felt like coming home after a short sojourn. We were greeted like family, treated like property owners instead of visiting guests, and provided with 24-hour enthusiastic care and selfless customer service.

Wow! This place is a dream. From our butler, Andres, he was so unbelievably kind. He made our trip so special. The ambassador club was a dream for my kids. They had activities everyday that made it so fun for our family. All day they would be planning special activities for my kids. The equis bar had the best sushi lunch on property. The room was so thoughtfully laid out and extremely spacious. I will definitely be returning.
