Our wedding at Hacienda Babylon was magical. Beforehand, we received excellent support in choosing the caterer and decorations. Everything was perfect. We stayed for a week with 17 close friends and family. The facilities are well-suited, and our guests loved their stay. All the staff were wonderful. We highly recommend it.
We stayed for a week with our 17 guests at Hacienda Babylon. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The house is spacious and provides ample room for each guest. The facilities are ideal, and the setting is magnificent for an event.
We followed the concierge's recommendation to hire a chef and a decorator. The work of both professionals was remarkable and exceeded our expectations.

We used Hacienda Babylon for our joint bach party and wedding venue. From the transportation to the food they helped us with it all! Highly recommend. The staff there is amazing as well!

My wife and I decided to hold our wedding ceremony and reception at the villa and we couldn’t have selected a more perfect venue to do this. The villa had several recommendations for vendors and they were all amazing. If you want to create a memorable experience to forever savor, we highly recommend using Hacienda Babylon for special events like these.
The villa itself is nestled in the deep Tulum jungle, where you feel like you’re the only house, yet safe enough with security at night. We loved the outdoor patio where we had a private yoga session and a mesmerizing sound healing experience. The Temescal, gym and pool table were also a cool touch and used frequently.

Love the team at Hacienda Babylon and their management Luxury Haciendas. From start to finish complete professionals and this venue is gorgeous! Originally reserved one of their other properties, Hacienda 21, but when this opened Jerome moved us over because we held our wedding here and needed a large space. We had 16 at the house with about 36 for the wedding. Mauricio helped me organize rides for our guests, book a private cenote tour (even for guests not staying at the house) and a private yacht. There was a housekeeper everyday who left our rooms and the house sparkling. We reserved our wedding dinner with Laura, plus a marg bar the night before and a breakfast the morning after. Laura’s food is incredible, the plating was perfect and the flowers and ambience were amazing. Mauricio also helped arrange the chairs/table drop off and booked a fire show. All around incredible experience and made our wedding perfect. Some tips - rent a car to get around Tulum! Taxis are expensive but we also did get food delivered no problem with Riviera Groceries and the door dash alternative. Mauricio also found a vendor for alcohol which was key for such a large group. Roads are a work in progress and are rough. It’s the jungle! If you have a car it’s easier to get to the beach and town, nothing is far the road is just rough. There’s jungley bugs because it’s the jungle but the rooms were clean, just out in the open areas expect a critter (harmless) and mosquitoes!!!! Bring so much bug spray. Otherwise, amazing gorgeous house with private plunge pools for each room, rain showers, safes, pool table, Pac-Man. So so perfect I can’t say enough, I’ll be back! Thank you!!!
Hacienda Babylon was the best decision we made! It was pricy, but the team that you get to make sure you have a great experience makes it worth it!
We did a joint bachelor-bachelorette party and a wedding and everyone loved it. Our wedding party loved staying where the wedding was happening and our vendors enjoyed how easy it was for load-in/out. Highly recommend!
