I had interviewed with three other Wedding Planners in Cabo before finding Karla Casillas and Co. I was getting discouraged, but within the first 5 minutes of speaking with Karla I immediately knew I found the perfect fit. She introduced me to my lead Planner, Carolina, and I could not have been happier. Carolina was an absolute DREAM to work with. From the beginning to end, Carolina was there taking care of everything. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND. (especially dealing with a very difficult venue) An extra shoutout to Frania who brought my Pinterest dreams to life. Could not recommend this team more! They were the best.

We recently celebrated our wedding in Cabo with Karla Casillas & Co. and cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire experience.

From the very beginning, we were in great hands with Carolina, our dedicated planner, and working with her extended team felt like having a trusted partner in our corner. They made us feel so supported throughout the planning process—every question was answered promptly, every concern was addressed thoughtfully, and communication was seamless from start to finish. As a couple planning a destination wedding from afar, we never once felt overwhelmed or out of the loop, which meant everything to us. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and calm presence made all of our stress melt away.

On the day itself, everything came together more beautifully than we could have imagined. The team was there every step of the way—from getting ready in the morning to the final song of the night. They kept everything running on schedule without ever making us feel rushed, and handled every behind-the-scenes detail so seamlessly that we didn't have to think about a single thing. We were anxious leading up to the weekend, but realized that there was no reason to be with the entire KC & Co. team behind us. Vendors were coordinated flawlessly, the ceremony transitioned perfectly into cocktail hour and reception, and any small hiccups that may have occurred were handled before we even knew about them. The flow of the evening felt effortless, and we were able to be fully present with each other and our guests, soaking in every moment rather than worrying about logistics. Their calm, reassuring energy kept everyone relaxed—including our families—and made the entire celebration feel joyful and stress-free from start to finish. That peace of mind on your wedding day is truly priceless!

We're still floating on cloud nine from the celebration, and so many of our guests have commented on how beautiful and well-organized everything was—that's all thanks to this incredible team.

My husband and I got married in Cabo at The Cape on October 25, 2025. We chose Karla Casillas and Co very early on in our planning, they were our first booked vendor back in October of 2023 (yes, we started incredibly early) They were absolutely incredible to work with. I am somehow both type A and type B, I had a vision of how I wanted our day to look and they made it happen. They were also very helpful when there were times of indecisiveness on my part. We worked with Jimena and she was a gem, I wish we could have a second wedding just to relive our day and work with her again! If you're searching for a planner for your upcoming Cabo wedding, look no further!

Carolina and the Karla Casillas and Co team provided us with the wedding of our dreams!! Working with them was a total stress-free experience, providing us with the time to soak in our engagement and wedding day. Every detail we asked for and thought of was met with excitement and a willingness to get it done. They were extremely responsive throughout the entire process and during our wedding weekend!! The best destination wedding planning experience! Karla Casillas's team was very easy to communicate with throughout the planning process. We communicated via email and Zoom calls. The team was very quick to respond to us. We had the opportunity to do two site visits in Cabo during the planning process. The wedding planners were very organized in creating a timeline for our site visits. They planned our whole visit for us from the moment we arrived to our departure. During those visits the wedding planners took us to venues, we did menu tastings, hair/makeup trials, met the DJ in person, met our officiant, met with the event coordinators at our venues(El Huerto and The Cape) and viewed our mock up tables. This was very helpful to see everything in person and meet everyone in person. The team was very professional, organized and they executed our dream wedding, rehearsal dinner and brunch. During the wedding weekend, the team made sure that the bridal party, the bride and groom were taken care of while managing the set up for all the events. Every detail at the rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, wedding reception and brunch was executed to perfection. They did not miss a beat! Our specific wedding planners were Carolina and Alexa. They were truly amazing and everything you could dream about having in wedding planners. They spent countless hours working with us and they were very dedicated to helping us plan our dream wedding. On the wedding day both Carolina and Alexa were there for us and made it very stress free for us so we could enjoy our day. They are great people and we will be forever grateful for them

Karla and her team made all of my wedding dreams come true!! They know all of the vendors, they know what works and what runs smoothly, they work with your budget however big or small, and they know how to make sure you get to relax and enjoy your trip while everything comes together seamlessly!! I ask a million questions and they were all responded too quickly and problems were solved in no time. I can’t thank this team enough and would recommend them to anyone!!
