We are so incredibly grateful to Ruben for capturing snippets of one of the most memorable and happiest days of our lives. From the very beginning, he made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. He was patient, encouraging, and managed to make us feel natural and confident throughout the entire shoot!
It was an extremely hot day, but Ruben and his videographer endured the heat right alongside us and remained so professional and dedicated from start to finish. We truly appreciated how much care and effort they put into capturing every moment, even under those challenging conditions.
And the photos… absolutely beautiful!! They turned out to be everything we hoped for and more. Before we even stepped in front of the camera, Ruben already understood the aesthetic and vibe we were going for. We love that editorial, Vogue inspired look, and he completely understood the assignment. The photos feel timeless and sophisticated while still capturing the genuine happiness of the day.
Looking through our photos brings us right back to how we felt that day, which is exactly what we wanted from our wedding photography. Chan photographed and filmed our wedding in Bacalar, Quintana Roo, with guests coming from Mexico, the U.S. and Europe. He met with us beforehand to understand what we wanted and took his time during the getting-ready, which gave us some of our favorite shots.
