Planning a wedding in Italy all the way from California — completely sight unseen — can be daunting and requires an enormous amount of trust. Every single vendor she recommended, from the florist to the caterer, exceeded our expectations and helped create a day that was beyond anything we could have imagined.
Sara even went above and beyond by helping us plan our welcome party, which wasn’t part of our original contract. Sara was an incredibly detail oriented wedding planner. She put in so much work behind the scenes to coordinate all vendors and make sure our wedding went smoothly. She ensured that we stayed on schedule throughout planning and smoothed over any wrinkles or concerns. The day of the wedding I knew she had everything handled. She also knows all of the best vendors in Florence and helped us put together the best team.

Sara and her team have made the most important day of our lives absolutely perfect from start to finish. We got married in September 2025 in Tuscany and from day 1 Sara was there to help us plan our destination wedding: finding the perfect venue, close enough to some accomodation that could host a brunch, finding a separate venue for our welcome dinner, and planning the details of our special day.

Sara as Solevents is the best! I got married in Tuscany in July 2025 and had been working with Sara for about one year before the wedding. Sara is absolutely incredible, she is responsive, helpful and just wonderful to work with. Planning a wedding not in the country that you live is stressful but Sara took so much pressure off me and I really couldn’t have done it without her. The day ran so smoothly because of her and her wonderful team, everyone was saying I was such a calm bride - I was because I knew Sara had in my corner and she had everything sorted. She helped me plan my dream wedding and I will forever be grateful- thank you Sara!!

Sara and her team planned our wedding for May 2025 and it was absolutely perfect. Sara had great communication with us during the planning process, listened to all of our requests and made our day beautiful. Our day was exactly as we imagined thanks to Sara and her team! I had absolutely no stress on the day as Sara handled everything start to finish. We are from the UK so having Sara as our wedding planner really took the stress away from planning a wedding in another country. We couldn’t have done it without her and the team! Sara planned the most magical, perfect wedding. The day of the wedding she handled absolutely everything coordinating countless vendors seamlessly making the wedding day low stress for me. Sara went above and beyond, we felt like she was the best value of all our wedding vendors. So thankful we selected her after interviewing multiple planners. Sara had great recommendations on the other vendors. We loved the DJ she recommended. People were dancing all night and kept raving it was the best wedding. You will not be disappointed trusting her with your overseas wedding!
