We were referred to Italian Wedding Event by a friend, and from our very first call through the wedding weekend, they truly understood us. We were planning a destination wedding from New York and Miami at Villa Gamberaia outside of Florence, and what could have felt overwhelming or chaotic (and at times were) was instead seamless because of them.
They helped bring our vision to life in a way we didn’t even know how to articulate ourselves — and didn’t stop until everything was exactly what we imagined and more. Their deep knowledge of the area and, importantly, their strong relationships with local vendors meant they were able to identify the perfect team for us. From Leandro, our incredible florist, to Galateo, our caterer, every partner they brought in was exceptional and worked together effortlessly.
They didn’t just plan a wedding… they orchestrated an entire three-day experience, from our welcome party to the wedding itself to our Spritz & Splash recovery day. They managed every opinion, every moving piece, and every detail with such calm and precision.
And when inevitable last-minute changes came up, they handled everything flawlessly - turning what could have been stressful into something even more beautiful than we originally planned (our dance floor being one perfect example - from black and white to white, even more gorgeous!).
Most importantly, because of them, I was able to fully enjoy every moment as a bride and be completely present throughout the entire weekend.
Federica (Fede) and Francesca (Francy) were by our side through it all and truly became like family by the end.

We couldn't be happier with Italian Wedding Events! We didn't have the conventional big wedding, it was more of an elopement which then turned into a small celebration with only a limited number of family and friends. Nonetheless, Alessia was amazing to work with. She was flexible, accomodating, patient and extremely generous with her time. We couldn't of done it without her - thank you, thank you, grazie!!

Planning a wedding in Sicily overseas was a very daunting task but Federica made me, my husband and our families feel comfortable every step of the way. From the very first meeting, Federica brought unparalleled expertise, professionalism, attention to detail and a genuine warmth and passion for the job that instantly stood out. She and her colleagues consistently went above and beyond to provide us any and all information we needed to make every decision along the way, taking care to personalize and creatively approach elements of the celebrations that we felt strongly about, while also providing a curated short-list of local and trusted vendors and making recommendations based on experience when it came to parts of the ceremony and/or reception that we needed guidance on. As a US/UK couple getting married in Italy, we initially sought wedding planning help considering the assistance needed to have a civil/legal marriage, and the challenge a language barrier would pose when organizing with venues, etc. While those were definitely invaluable parts of the services provided, The Italian Wedding Event team gave us so much support in ways we didn't even anticipate needing throughout the planning process that I would absolutely recommend them to any couple getting married.

We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Federica and her Italian Wedding Event team...Despite being pregnant (and deathly ill/busy from it), and 1,000s of miles away in Chicago, Federica was able to deliver the wedding ceremony of our dreams. Fede and her team were able to take our vision, which had so many components that were important to us, and deliver an end product that exceeded our needs AND kept our budget in mind. Overall, the team was extremely detailed- consistently communicated with photographs and layouts for visualization, efficient- often responding within a day via email or to set up zoom meetings, and flexible with budget. For every request we had, whether it was for stationary, live art, impeccable catering, Fede and her team had several vetted professionals at their disposal that made the process of selecting our vendors so seamless. Despite not visiting our venue or taste testing a single menu item, the team made us feel confident our wedding would exceed our expectations even if we were unable to fly to Europe prior to our ceremony, and they were not wrong. I wish we could experience our special day 1 million times over, it truly was such a stress-free and magical time thanks to this team. Our only regret is we will never able to repay them for making all of our wedding dreams come true.

Fede & team made our Italian wedding vision come true! We couldn’t have done it without her expertise, attention to detail and overall positive attitude. We loved every second of the wedding planning process!
We found Fede through another couple’s wedding video that we loved. We asked them about her and they replied simply, “She is a goddess! Hire her!” They were absolutely right. We cannot say enough glowing things about our Fede. From the moment we met her, we knew that we were in the best of hands. Anytime we needed to reach her for anything, we would hear back from her promptly! She was an amazing problem solver. Every phone call with her left us completely at ease during the entire process. She is kind and compassionate and fun to work with! She delivered us the wedding of our absolute dreams within budget and best of all-we truly felt like we got to be guests for every minute of our three day wedding. If anything went wrong, we never knew it! All our guests were so amazed with how seamlessly all of our events went and are STILL talking about how it was the most incredible wedding weekend they’ve ever attended. Fede went so far above and beyond for us in every way. Truly she is such a special person and her passion for her work comes through in every detail. We loved sharing the most beautiful weekend of our lives celebrating with her! We really cannot say enough good things. Calling Fede a goddess doesn’t even do her justice. I used Federica and team for our beautiful 3 day wedding event last year in May in Ravello. We had a pizza party, boat day and the wedding event perfectly organised. Federica listened to our vision and helped bring it to life. Where I lacked ideas, she provided amazing advice and really made the event as best as it could be within our budget. It was the best 3 days of my life and I can’t recommend them enough!
