Working with Alessia during our initial planning phase was an exceptional experience. She combines a highly professional approach with a warm, personal touch that immediately puts you at ease. Despite the fact that we were still exploring whether Italy would be the right place for our wedding, she supported us generously and without any obligation.

Alessia provided us with detailed venue recommendations, introduced us to suitable local partners, and offered valuable insights that only someone with deep expertise can provide. Her knowledge of the Italian wedding industry is outstanding, and her ability to translate ideas into practical, well‑structured options made the entire process feel effortless.

Our wedding at Villa Eliana was nothing short of magical. Every supplier she recommended was exceptional, every detail was perfectly thought through and the entire day flowed so seamlessly that we were able to simply be present and enjoy every single moment with our family and friends. We never had to worry about a thing because we knew we were in the safest hands. We are so grateful to Federica and her lovely assistant Alessia.
Federica has an incredible gift for creating unforgettable moments, while Alessia's calm, kind and reassuring presence made every interaction such a pleasure. Together they are the perfect team, professional, incredibly organised, endlessly patient and so passionate about what they do. By the end of the journey, they no longer felt like our wedding planners but they felt like friends who genuinely cared about making our dreams come true.
Receiving our wedding photographs brought everything flooding back and looking through them made us realise once again just how much love, dedication and hard work went into creating such a perfect day. We will treasure those memories forever and so much of that is because of Federica and Alessia.

We were referred to Italian Wedding Event by a friend, and from our very first call through the wedding weekend, they truly understood us. We were planning a destination wedding from New York and Miami at Villa Gamberaia outside of Florence, and what could have felt overwhelming or chaotic (and at times were) was instead seamless because of them.

They helped bring our vision to life in a way we didn’t even know how to articulate ourselves — and didn’t stop until everything was exactly what we imagined and more. Their deep knowledge of the area and, importantly, their strong relationships with local vendors meant they were able to identify the perfect team for us. From Leandro, our incredible florist, to Galateo, our caterer, every partner they brought in was exceptional and worked together effortlessly.

They didn’t just plan a wedding… they orchestrated an entire three-day experience, from our welcome party to the wedding itself to our Spritz & Splash recovery day. They managed every opinion, every moving piece, and every detail with such calm and precision.

And when inevitable last-minute changes came up, they handled everything flawlessly - turning what could have been stressful into something even more beautiful than we originally planned (our dance floor being one perfect example - from black and white to white, even more gorgeous!).

Most importantly, because of them, I was able to fully enjoy every moment as a bride and be completely present throughout the entire weekend.

Federica (Fede) and Francesca (Francy) were by our side through it all and truly became like family by the end.

We couldn't be happier with Italian Wedding Events! We didn't have the conventional big wedding, it was more of an elopement which then turned into a small celebration with only a limited number of family and friends. Nonetheless, Alessia was amazing to work with. She was flexible, accomodating, patient and extremely generous with her time. We couldn't of done it without her - thank you, thank you, grazie!!

Federica and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with! Planning a wedding in Sicily overseas was a very daunting task but Federica made me, my husband and our families feel comfortable every step of the way. Every detail of our daughter’s three day celebration was perfect because they cared about her wedding as much as we did. They were always there for us - patient, thoughtful, informative and full of positive energy that made every coordination meeting (remote because we are in NY) feel exciting and reassuring. They created the perfect ambiance for several events: a pizza party for the night guests arrived, a lovely night before party (including arranging transportation), a beautiful ceremony setting; bubbly aperitivo hour in the garden, stunning reception on the lawn; and a rocking dance party.  
We embraced the Italian traditions – aperitivo hour and the show-stopping Italian wedding cake – assembly finished by the B&G – a highlight for our 100+ American guests! Looking back, it is clear that IWE recommended all the right choices (from the caterer to lighting).  We feel that every choice and every detail was perfect; every euro well spent! Our guests continue to rave about this wedding!  
We can’t imagine creating and organizing this amazing 3-day wedding celebration with anyone else. We are forever grateful to Alessia and the entire IWE team for creating memories we will cherish for a lifetime.

We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Federica and her Italian Wedding Event team...Despite being pregnant (and deathly ill/busy from it), and 1,000s of miles away in Chicago, Federica was able to deliver the wedding ceremony of our dreams. Fede and her team were able to take our vision, which had so many components that were important to us, and deliver an end product that exceeded our needs AND kept our budget in mind. Overall, the team was extremely detailed- consistently communicated with photographs and layouts for visualization, efficient- often responding within a day via email or to set up zoom meetings, and flexible with budget. For every request we had, whether it was for stationary, live art, impeccable catering, Fede and her team had several vetted professionals at their disposal that made the process of selecting our vendors so seamless. Despite not visiting our venue or taste testing a single menu item, the team made us feel confident our wedding would exceed our expectations even if we were unable to fly to Europe prior to our ceremony, and they were not wrong. I wish we could experience our special day 1 million times over, it truly was such a stress-free and magical time thanks to this team. Our only regret is we will never able to repay them for making all of our wedding dreams come true.
