Working with Chiara and Francesco was such an important part of making our wedding weekend in Tuscany everything we hoped it would be. Planning a destination wedding from another country comes with so many moving pieces, and they helped bring our vision to life while keeping everything organized and beautifully executed.
What I appreciated most was how much care they put into the details and into making the entire weekend feel seamless for us and our guests. From our welcome celebration through the wedding day and beyond, everything felt thoughtful, intentional, and true to us.
We are so grateful for all of the work that went into such a special weekend and will always look back on it with so much love.

From the very beginning—almost two years before our wedding—Chiara and Francesco made the entire process feel effortless. We came in with little to no vision and very “type B” personalities, but they somehow knew exactly how to guide us every step of the way.
Chiara’s incredible creativity brought our day to life in ways we never could have imagined, while Francesco’s meticulous focus on logistics ensured that everything ran seamlessly. Together, they are the perfect team.
Their network of vendors was absolutely fantastic, and every recommendation exceeded our expectations. They truly understood our style (even when we couldn’t articulate it ourselves!) and brought everything together to create such an elegant, beautiful day.
Not only were they incredibly professional, but they were also patient, flexible, and genuinely a joy to work with. We’re so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding feel so seamless and special. We couldn’t have done it without them!

Chiara was wonderful to work with, she made everything so easy and smooth. On the day of our wedding everything went without a hitch and we never saw any of the behind the scenes coordination, it was so easy! 10/10 would recommend Chiara and her team to anyone looking to schedule a wedding or event in Italy!

I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Weddings in Tuscany by Chiara Sernesi. They were absolutely phenomenal. I worked with Chiara and Elena for 2 years and when I tell you that they were the absolute BEST wedding planners I mean it. They have 20+ years of experience planning weddings in the Tuscany region so their relationships with vendors are extremely strong. They were incredibly professional, punctual, creative, involved, and so fun to work with. They utilized our budget to the fullest extent and made sure we were investing in things that were important to us. They consistently made suggestions based off of their experience and made some pretty big adjustments close to our wedding that would’ve been a potential disaster if they didn’t have close relationships (we switched florists 2 months before). Not only did they design a STUNNING wedding, they made sure our guests traveling across the world to be there also had a trip of a lifetime. We have been told by all of our guests that it was the wedding of the century, and we had some harsh critics there. Because of their relationships, the head people for all of our vendors were present at our wedding. There were a few hiccups out of our control (as there always are) and not once did it impact our day. I was incredibly relaxed. I didn’t have to lift a finger the whole weekend. My husband and I literally cried as we said our goodbyes to them because they truly gifted us with the best planning and wedding experience. They’re worth every penny and I’m not sure how anyone can top them! I think it is so important to have wedding planners that you can trust and rely on when planning a wedding abroad. Chiara and Elena are a powerhouse of a team and I’d choose them over and over and over again.
Planning a wedding internationally is no easy task, but we quickly learned to put our full trust in Chiara and Elena of Weddings in Tuscany, and we are so glad we did. They were always just a Zoom call, email, or a text away and took the time to ask us about every detail, making sure our vision was understood and perfectly executed. On the day of the wedding, they handled absolutely everything with grace and precision, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Our wedding was a literal fairytale—everything we had envisioned and more. Chiara and Elena truly made our dreams come true, and we will carry these memories with us forever.
