Wow. I’m not even sure where to begin with this review. The team at UhLaLa Weddings is beyond phenomenal. As someone traveling from the United States to Italy to get married, I put a lot of trust into the team. I never once saw my wedding venue and was never able to meet anyone in person or see anything in person before my wedding date. This team never made me feel nervous or anxious about that because I knew they were taking care of every single detail. My wedding day was a literal dream more than anything I could’ve ever imagined and I attribute a lot of that success to this company. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone who is trying to create their dream day. Much love to Annick and the team.

We honestly cannot recommend Annick and Cecilia highly enough.

Fr om the very beginning, they were absolutely brilliant in helping us plan our wedding. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They helped us navigate suppliers, logistics and all the little details that come with planning a destination wedding, and were equally happy to work with vendors we had found ourselves outside of their usual supplier network. They would step in, communicate directly with them, help negotiate wh ere needed and generally make the whole process so much easier for us. Everything was always handled quickly and efficiently.

Then came the wedding day itself, and this is where they really showed just how good they are at what they do. The coordination was genuinely perfect. We didn't have to think about a thing and, looking back, there were situations happening behind the scenes that we didn't even know about at the time.

At one point we had guests unexpectedly arrive who weren't actually supposed to be attending the wedding. While Veronica and I were getting ready, Annick and Cecilia simply dealt with it. They rearranged the table plan, found a solution and made sure everything worked without bringing any of that stress anywhere near us. That's exactly what you want on your wedding day.

From the smallest details to the bigger unexpected problems, they were completely on top of everything, while somehow always remaining calm, positive and full of great energy.

And once everything was done, they even joined us for the party, which honestly felt completely right after everything we'd been through together!

We had the most incredible wedding, and Annick and Cecilia played a huge part in making the entire experience, both in the build-up and on the day itself, as special and stress-free as it was.

If you're considering working with them, we couldn't recommend them more highly. We'd choose them again in a heartbeat.

Fr om our very first conversation with Annick, we knew we were in safe hands. She was calm, organised and reassuring throughout the entire planning process. She really took the time to understand our vision, brought us along on the journey, kept us on track, and gently made sure we made the decisions we needed to at the right time. She didn't just bring our ideas to life - she used her experience to guide us towards choices we didn't even realise we'd need to make, and we're so grateful she did.

One of the things that really sets Annick apart is her understanding of both British and Italian culture. Her Canadian roots meant she perfectly bridged the gap between the two, helping us navigate the Italian way of doing things while always making us feel informed and comfortable. That knowledge and cultural understanding was invaluable.

On the wedding day itself was wh ere Annick truly came into her own. We were completely free to enjoy every moment because we knew she had everything under control. She quietly adapted behind the scenes, made countless decisions without needing to involve us, handled the inevitable little hiccups that come with any wedding, and kept everything running so seamlessly that neither we nor our guests noticed a thing. She kept us calm, made space for us to enjoy the day exactly as we wanted, and ensured everything happened effortlessly in the background.

There was also a small issue with one of our vendors after the wedding, and Annick handled it with incredible grace, professionalism and integrity. She took our concerns seriously, advocated on our behalf, and made sure every avenue was explored to resolve the situation properly. That level of care didn't end once the wedding was over, and it spoke volumes about the pride she takes in her work.

We honestly couldn't imagine planning our wedding without Annick. She gave us complete confidence from start to finish and allowed us to be fully present on one of the best days of our lives. We would recommend her without hesitation to anyone planning a wedding in Italy. She is worth every penny.

When I was recommended to Annick by my wedding venue in Tuscany, I did not know what to expect nor did I really even think I needed a wedding planner. But from our first FaceTime call, Annick put me at ease and we instantly clicked. Leading up to the wedding, her communication was perfect and timely despite the time difference between us. Any question I had , she always had the answer and if she did not know it, she would find out and get back to me quickly. At this point I totally understood why a planner is needed especially for destination weddings. Annick asked questions I did not even think about and was making sure the big day was going to go exactly as we wanted. She made having a destination wedding feel a lot less scary especially the months before with all the final details. Wedding day came, Annick and Cecilia both made the day go as smooth as could be! By the end of the night,I cried when it was time to say goodbye (lots of drinks later lol) because they made me feel like family.
