Ilaria helped create the wedding of our dreams. She had great expertise, excellent vendors, practical advice, and was on top of everything for the wedding day. We would recommend her to everyone looking to plan their wedding in Italy.
We are beyond grateful for the incredible job Ilaria and her team did for our wedding! From the very beginning, she made the planning process so much smoother by staying on top of every detail, communicating with all our vendors, and making sure the venue was perfectly prepared for the big day.
Her day-of coordination was truly outstanding — she handled everything behind the scenes so seamlessly that we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing because she had it all under control, from timelines to vendor arrivals to last-minute adjustments.
Thanks to her professionalism, organization, and calm, positive energy, our wedding day was absolutely perfect. We couldn’t have done it without her!

Where can I start with the wonderful Ilaria. It was such a joy and pleasure to plan our wedding with her over the 2 years before getting married in June 2025 in Tuscany. Our regular facetimes, her instant replies and just Ilaria’s genuine kindness made our wedding weekend beautiful. She really has become a friend for life and we miss planning our wedding with her! Ilaria’s attention to detail is brilliant, and our welcome party and wedding day went incredibly smoothly and the decor was beautiful. Working with me to truly bring our vision to life. She is an absolute pleasure to work with, she listens so well and tries to make anything possible. Ilaria was absolutely amazing and I cannot imagine planning our wedding without her. She made the process of planning a destination wedding so easy for us and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. (It was) She was on top of every detail from the search for a venue, through the end of the party; and was on location handling everything from the beginning of our rehearsal dinner Friday, until the end of our pool party on Sunday. Her communication was great and despite the time difference, she answered all of our annoying questions at all hours of the day. She is truly the best and I cannot recommend her enough. We were so happy to have her be a part of our wedding.
