There truly are not enough words to describe how incredible Blanc Weddings is. From the very beginning, Sarah, Irene, and their entire team made the planning process feel exciting, effortless, and completely personal to us. Planning a destination wedding in Italy with multiple events could have easily felt overwhelming, but with them, it never did.

Sarah understood our style, our vision, and even how we operate as a couple so quickly. She always made sure we were happy with every decision and consistently came to us with thoughtful options that felt completely aligned with what we wanted. I also reached out to Sarah A LOT throughout the planning process, and no matter how many questions, thoughts, or ideas I sent her way, she was always there for me. She was patient, responsive, reassuring, and always made me feel like I could come to her with anything. She understood us and knew exactly how to guide us through the process without ever making us feel overwhelmed.

This wasn’t simply one wedding day—Sarah, Irene, and their team helped us create an entire weekend of events, each with its own feeling and experience, while still making the weekend feel completely cohesive. The thought and attention that went into every detail was incredible, and the final result was beyond anything we could have imagined. Everything felt intentional, personal to us, and somehow even better than the vision we had in our heads.

What I will always be most grateful for is how present I was able to be throughout the weekend. I felt nothing but ease and pure enjoyment. I genuinely did not think about a single detail because I knew Sarah, Irene, and their team were taking care of absolutely everything. I was able to soak in every moment with my husband, our families, and our friends without thinking about what was happening next or whether something was being handled.

Since the wedding, so many of our guests have told us it was one of the best weekends they have ever experienced. They have commented on how seamless everything felt, how well thought out every event was, and how beautifully it all came together. Hearing that from the people we love means so much because it shows that they were able to simply enjoy and experience the weekend in the same way we were.

Beyond how extraordinarily talented they are, Sarah and Irene are two of the most wonderful people. Somewhere along the way, they became so much more than our wedding planners—they became family and friends for life. I truly miss talking to them every day now that the wedding is over! They cared about us, our families, and this experience with so much love and attention, and I will forever be grateful to them.

It truly was the best weekend of our lives, and we have Sarah, Irene, and the entire Blanc Weddings team to thank for so much of that. They gave us memories and an experience we will cherish forever. We wanted a 3-day wedding in Tuscany, and we knew as a a US-based couple, trying to plan a wedding in Italy, remotely, by ourselves would be hard, if not impossible. We found Blanc Wedding through Instagram and interviewed multiple planners during our search, some based in the US and some in Italy. I highly recommend working with a local planner in Italy. Communication, vendor relationships, local VAT accounting, etc are so difficult abroad. We picked Blanc Weddings because of the pedigree of weddings they had done, their experience in working with international couples, the quality of work we saw, and the communication throughout the interview process.

After we selected them, we had weekly “Wedding Wednesday” calls with Sarah. Throughout the year there were dozens of iterations for each event and hundreds of decisions, which Sarah helped distill down. When we needed to shift budget from one area to another, Sarah got creative. When we wanted to deliver surprise experiences for our guests, Sarah made it happen. Sarah regularly kept in contact via WhatsApp on the budget, logistics, deadlines and decisions. And just to check in personally.

Going into the weekend you never know exactly how things are going to turn out. Will all of the time, energy and investment feel worth it? Without a doubt, it was worth every second and every penny. The entire weekend was perfect and exceeded all of our expectations.

On the weekend itself, the entire Blanc Weddings team was all-hands-on-deck. They had 3-4 people every day at all of the events, coordinating all of the vendors, arranging transportation on the property, staying with us to make sure we had what we needed, and working with the venue team. It was a full production and they executed it flawlessly. Even with the surprise Italian summer rainstorms that pushed back the start time of 2 events by an hour, Sarah and team didn’t miss a beat reworking things on the fly to make it perfect.

I’m sure everyone says it, but we had the best wedding any of our guests will ever go to. Every little detail was thoughtful. Every event went according to plan. We’re genuinely sad our wedding is over because it means we won’t be talking to Sarah every week.

Blanc Weddings brought every one of our wedding dreams to life for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding day. Working with Giuditta and the entire Blanc team made planning such an enjoyable, stress-free experience from start to finish.

They were incredibly easy to work with, never made us feel rushed, and took the time to bring every detail I had envisioned to life. There was never a limit to the back-and-forth; we refined every idea until it felt exactly right. We were simply able to be present and enjoy every moment.

The vendors they recommended were also exceptional, and it was clear they had built an incredible team of people who genuinely cared about making the day perfect.

Our wedding was beyond anything we could have imagined, and honestly, working with the Blanc team is just as much a happy memory as the wedding itself. If you're looking for planners who are talented, organized, creative, and truly invested in making your vision a reality, I cannot recommend Blanc Weddings enough.

My husband and I were incredibly happy with how the team brought to life our dream wedding in Italy. Despite all the challenges of organizing a wedding in a private home, the planning and the resulting festivities exceeded our expectations by far. From the very first conversation to the final dance in Seggiano, Giuditta, Tommaso, and Irene were extraordinary. They were patient when we needed patience, calm when we needed calm, and somehow always seemed to know exactly what we wanted before we'd finished the sentence.
The whole event ran above and beyond anything we'd imagined. Every detail was handled, every problem solved before it ever reached us, and we got to do the one thing couples rarely manage on their wedding day: actually be present and enjoy it.
We'll be honest about one thing. Going in, we thought Blanc was expensive. Having lived through the day they delivered, we'd say the opposite. If anything they're underpriced for what they pull off. You're not paying for a only for a planner, but you're paying for the peace of mind that nothing will go wrong, and it didn't.

It is VERY difficult to distill how incredible the entire Blanc Weddings team is and how invaluable their partnership was in making our Wedding weekend the most memorable—from start to finish—for us and all 230 of our guests, most of whom traveled internationally to be there with us.

Though words will certainly fall short in conveying the depth of my gratitude, I will give it a go anyway!!

Sarah, Giuditta, Tommaso, Manuela, Maria and Camila and the rest of the Blanc Wedding team were invaluable partners who carefully curated 4 full spectrum events, over 3 days in Tuscany. They are BEST IN CLASS in their careful curation, planning, production and execution of major events. Though me & my husband are NYC based, Blanc allowed us to be as involved as we wanted in every aspect of planning, even when it required near daily back-and-forth. The Blanc team were clear and dependable communicators and never once left us in the dark. Simultaneously, we felt confident in their ability to make decisions on our behalf. They were 100% boots on the ground and completely committed to making our vision come to life and boy did it.

We met Sarah and Giuditta in February 2024, 15 months before we got married, and knew pretty immediately they were exactly who we needed on our team. Although planning was full on, they met us where we were at in each moment, whether it be with some much needed & disarming humor, or their kindness and compassion, serving as steady sounding boards / a soft place to land when needed.

What sets Blanc apart from your traditional planners is their ability/desire to connect with the couple. They got to know both me and my husband individually and as a couple, which translated into a beautifully personalized curation of our vision, which was further enhanced by Blanc’s creativity.

In addition to their amazing communication and responsiveness to me + my husband & the other cooks in kitchen (in our case there were many) their care, thoughtfulness & expertise was evident in every detail. They planned for the unforeseen. Encouraged us to give energy to details that we would have otherwise been overlooked and empowered us to dream big— and in return they DELIVERED BIG!

It is clear from their relationship/rapport with local vendors (food, flowers & beyond), that their professionalism is well known and wildly respected. To no surprise, every recommendation they made for vendors we happily took & fell in love with. We have the utmost trust & respect for them as human beings and professionals!

6 weeks out from the wedding, Sarah and Giuditta had weekly 2-hour zoom calls with us to go over each and every detail, big & small. They were patient beyond measure & consistently dependable, all in addition to their main act as EPIC wedding planners/collaborators.

Sarah, Giuditta and their entire team were an absolute dream to work with. We know EXACTLY who to call for anniversaries— if they’ll have us for a round 2!!!

Undoubtably, things don’t go exactly as planned— looking at you Mother Nature!! But Blanc was there to hold my hand, and quickly pivot, to ensure we could still produce & host the events we poured our heart and soul in! Sarah Bongini at Le Blanc weddings was a fabulous ambassador from start to finish and did an amazing job for my daughter’s Tuscan wedding in May this year . It was a 240 person 3 day destination wedding with multiple layers of complexity and often conflicting demands . Sarah and her team did not flinch under some of difficult situations she had to navigate and they were completely professional , empathetic and value added every step of the way . I would have no hesitation in recommending them as world glass gold medal wedding planners and all around wonderful people . I was sorry when it was over and miss our regular contact with this special person and team . I should also add that it was a real pleasure to deal with Giuditta and Tomasso who are also delightful people and nothing was too much trouble for any of them . Big hugs to you all .
