We worked with Vitoria as our planner and she was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make our day perfect, handling every detail with care and creativity. Planning a wedding in Rome from New York felt extremely intimidating, but Blooming Eventi, and especially Vitoria, made it happen! Vitoria was with us every step of the way, bringing creative ideas and an impressive network of her trusted vendors. Her expertise and dedication gave us peace of mind throughout the entire process. I only have great things to say about Blooming Eventi. Always positive can-do attitude. Great knowledge and network of the Italian wedding vendor landscape and was always ready to find, discuss or reach out to vendors to help us with the selection. Those personal relationships are key! Working with Vitoria was the best part when planning a wedding with a short time frame. She understood what was important to us and respected our wishes til the end. If I said I wanted a purple unicorn for the dancefloor I am sure she would have accommodated it. It also helps that she is very professional yet approachable with a smile and can completely handle a stressed bride at all times. Secondly it's very important to work with someone who has great taste and can understand in between the lines what your style is. I felt at all times she took an extreme pride in making this wedding magical as if it was her own.

Vitoria is truly the best planner out there. She made our dream wedding a reality - we were a destination wedding from the states. She had the absolute best vendor recommendations and our whole weekend ran so smoothly. She is also so kind and amazing! I wish we could do the whole thing over again, I will miss working with her!

As a bride planning a destination wedding in Italy, I had so much anxiety about the way things would turn out since I wouldn’t be able to go see any of the venues / decor in person before the big day - thankfully, Vitoria was incredibly helpful in communicating with vendors and her being on top of everything was so reassuring. She is also such a kind person and was a dream to work with! You want to make sure that the person you spend a year with planning the most important day is pleasant to work with and Vitoria was that and so much more! The day of the wedding was even more impressive as Vitoria handled everything behind the scenes and really made sure our day was so special. Blooming Eventi was essential for our wedding! The company have the best vendors and helped us since the beggining with the venue, catering, band, ecc. Their knowledge and experience were very helpful to become our day unforgettable in Italy!
