I only have great things to say about Blooming Eventi. Always positive can-do attitude. Great knowledge and network of the Italian wedding vendor landscape and was always ready to find, discuss or reach out to vendors to help us with the selection. Those personal relationships are key! Working with Vitoria was the best part when planning a wedding with a short time frame. She understood what was important to us and respected our wishes til the end. If I said I wanted a purple unicorn for the dancefloor I am sure she would have accommodated it. It also helps that she is very professional yet approachable with a smile and can completely handle a stressed bride at all times. Secondly it's very important to work with someone who has great taste and can understand in between the lines what your style is. I felt at all times she took an extreme pride in making this wedding magical as if it was her own.
Vitoria is truly the best planner out there. She made our dream wedding a reality - we were a destination wedding from the states. She had the absolute best vendor recommendations and our whole weekend ran so smoothly. She is also so kind and amazing! I wish we could do the whole thing over again, I will miss working with her!
If you still didn't decided on wedding planner stop right here. Vitorica and her team are everything we needed and more. The whole process went so easy even though we planned the wedding from abroad. She gave us time when we needed to decide, and pushed when needed.

As a bride planning a destination wedding in Italy, I had so much anxiety about the way things would turn out since I wouldn’t be able to go see any of the venues / decor in person before the big day - thankfully, Vitoria was incredibly helpful in communicating with vendors and her being on top of everything was so reassuring. She is also such a kind person and was a dream to work with! You want to make sure that the person you spend a year with planning the most important day is pleasant to work with and Vitoria was that and so much more! The day of the wedding was even more impressive as Vitoria handled everything behind the scenes and really made sure our day was so special. THANK YOU Vitoria truly for the most incredible experience and opportunity to work with you!!

I found Victoria on-line and whilst I was unsure of the need for a wedding Co-ordinator I am glad we went ahead and chose one. Victoria and Blooming Eventi were great throughout but really came to the fore on the day of the wedding. Victoria and her assistant were there from beginning (and prior) right to the very end and just took complete control. We were delighted with how our wedding day went and it was with thanks to Victoria for helping us plan and manage the day so smoothly.
She is the best! So responsive and gave great recommendations for our wedding when we weren’t able to be there to see them in person. Had the wedding of our dreams all thanks to her!
I honestly can’t say enough good things about Vitoria! She is extremely kind, helpful and professional. Having her as our wedding planner for a destination wedding 4,000 miles away from our home was nothing short of ease.
Vitoria helped us plan our dream fairytale wedding. She kept in mind our budget at all times and was extremely patient when we hit a few obstacles in the road financially. She was always respectful of our vision while also respectfully recommending slight alterations based on our venue accommodations and our wedding budget. Vitoria was always responsive and always got back to me when I had a million questions. When it came closer to the wedding date, I inevitably began to get anxious jitters thinking about the big day. I let Vitoria know and she immediately scheduled a call with me, the same day, to go over all the details and to answer any questions I had. She is amazing at reassuring you that your day will be perfect no matter what happens. Honestly, the whole thing was a breeze. I know for a fact I wouldn’t have had my dream day without Vitoria’s help and expertise. I could go on forever about how genuinely sweet and caring she is. We couldn’t be happier with Blooming Eventi! Vitoria was amazing from start to finish. Not only was she so kind, she made our event absolutely perfect!
