I cannot begin the thank Alessandra & all the team at Exclusive Italy Weddings enough, they truly made our wedding dream come true!
Every detail was carefully planned and the entire experience was a joy. The wedding weekend itself was absolutely perfect with no issues, and this is down to EIW's hard work and dedication. During the planning process, Alessandra was amazing. We would keep in contact each day and make sure we hit the planning timeline.
As I live in the UK I had no idea on any local vendors so EIW recommended everything to us and I honestly could not fault a single thing. Over the 3 day event the food was delicious at each meal and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. We had 6 different musical elements over the weekend, all recommended by EIW and each band was just as good as the last. Our guests were dancing into the very early hours!
Over our initial planning meetings I expressed that I wanted the wedding to be timeless and elegant with a real WOW effect. I certainly got what I asked for!
Since our wedding, all of our guests have been contacting us to say it was the best wedding they had ever been to and nothing could ever top it! I have to say...I agree! And the thanks and gratitude all goes to EIW.

Our wedding in Ravello, Italy, was an absolute dream, and we owe so much of its success to the incredible team at Exclusive Italy Weddings! From the moment we began our planning journey, Alessandra and her team were there every step of the way, ensuring that our vision was brought to life with precision and care.

Exclusive Italy Weddings listened to our ideas and then elevated them beyond anything we could have envisioned, creating us a truly one-of-a-kind and magical wedding experience. We even added multiple days of events to our itinerary mid-planning (including a boat party and, while smaller, a whole additional Catholic wedding ceremony), and they managed everything effortlessly, delivering exceptional results. Their deep understanding of the local area, venues, and vendors was so helpful and apparent in every detail, ensuring that each element of our celebration was perfectly tailored to our desires.

Coordinating a four-day event from the United States seemed a little daunting at first, but Alessandra's professionalism and prompt communication made the process seamless. The planning process was honestly so easy (and fun)! Her attention to detail and thorough understanding of our needs were evident from our first conversation. She listened to our ideas and offered invaluable advice, making us feel confident and at ease throughout the planning process.

The subvendors arranged by EIW, were nothing short of exceptional. Each one was carefully selected to match our style, budget and preferences, ensuring that every aspect of our celebration was perfect. Each element, from the stunning floral arrangements to their assistance with catering (as we did not get to go to Italy beforehand to do our own tasting), exceeded our expectations. They were also always mindful and upfront about the costs of items/vendors, which we truly appreciated. They also presented unique opportunities to customize and tailor our events and venues in novel ways including lush floral designs, stationary from a local Italian stationer, a custom dance floor, custom napkins, and hand-crafted ceramic tiles for our guests. And when they reassure you your flower arch will be as grand as you have pictured, you can trust them that it will be other-worldly, even more beautiful, and even bigger than you imagined!! For such a premium experience, we really feel there is no other planner group who could match Exclusive Italy’s expertise.

Alessandra's dedication and passion for her work truly shone through. She was not only our planner but also a calming presence, always ready to address any concerns and make adjustments, if needed. Her reassuring confidence, without a hint of arrogance, alleviated any stress we expected to have (in hindsight we were amazingly stress-free), allowing us to fully enjoy our wedding without any worry.

Our guests are still raving about the magical atmosphere and the beautiful setting of Ravello and Villa Cimbrone. All of our guests had such amazing experiences too and were very well

taken care of by EIW, which was also something very important to us. Our guests keep telling us how everything was absolute “perfection” and “a dream”. They have more recently just decided to refer to our wedding weekend and events as “Carley & Joe’s Wedding” because they say there won’t ever be anything like it and it cannot ever be topped! We are ultimately so incredibly grateful to Alessandra and the entire team at Exclusive Italy Weddings for making our dream wedding a reality. Their expertise, creativity, and commitment to excellence made all the difference, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect celebration.

We are so good! I hope you’re doing well too! The photos are absolutely amazing, no surprise there! I can’t believe how talented these photographers are!! I’m so sorry it took so long to get back to you, we have been out of town for work. Our thoughts on the day are that it was absolutely the most beautiful wedding we had ever seen- even I was shocked at how elegant and beautiful it was. You guys have the wedding touch, it was a perfect day that we’ll never forget. We already talk about it all of the time and say “can you believe that was even real?!” and we can’t!! I’m so grateful we chose you guys to plan everything.

You were a treat to work with too Martina, very excited and helpful and able to tell me where something absolutely must happen even if I was unsure about it. And you were right every time, haha.

I am so sorry I am just now responding to your email. I hope this email finds you well! I went on a cruise after the wedding up the Mediterranean Coast with friends while Katie and Tyler were in Greece on their honeymoon. It was so wonderful and such a treat! I had never been to any of the ports and it was so good just to explore different areas. It is hard to come back to "real life" now though, haha.
I am so appreciative of the hard work you did negotiating with the St.Regis!!! I was so relieved when they agreed to the refund because for sure Rachel felt terrible about it and so did Katie. The St Regis was truly the perfect hotel for the wedding party and the family- the service, food, drinks, everything was just impeccable and the location could not have been better for people wanting to sight see and walk on foot.

I am even more appreciative of the hard work you did on all of the wedding events. The Welcome Party at the Sesto was just stunning. I will never get over how bold and beautiful the flowers were. The food was great and the extra time you negotiated at the end for the open bar was very helpful. The photos guests have taken of the views and sent to us are just the best! It was the perfect start to a perfect trio of events.



The Rehearsal Dinner at Omero turned out to be so cozy and joyful and fun for everyone. The food, wine and service were great. They managed to serve all those people very efficiently and the family style made for a relaxed atmosphere which was appreciated. The cheesecake in particular was an amazing stand out- people could not stop talking about it. I had to give the woman seated next to me my piece because she loved it so much haha. Then at the end the little touch like the manager being willing to fix a box to go of food for someone who was ill was really appreciated. And the fact that they were able to fit everyone in one room was perfect, and I think with the speeches it would not have worked well any other way.

And the WEDDING WAS MAGICAL. Everyone said so. I am still getting notes and texts about the Villa di Maiano and what a special venue Katie chose and how perfect it was. Everyone said they could not believe the Limonaia was Plan B because you and Stiatti did such a beautiful job with the flowers, the arch, the candles and just creating the most special atmosphere for the ceremony. I am actually grateful that the Oaks garden was too muddy... because the Limonaia was where the ceremony was meant to be. Thank you for insisting that was the way to go!!

I am also so glad that we decided to "risk it for the biscuit" haha  and have the cocktail outside on the terrace even with the possibility of the rain-  because the views, the light, and the overall atmosphere made all the difference...Jazz around Italy was soooooo good...it  was just exactly what Katie had had in mind. Thank you for being willing to think of creative ways to allow for Plan B if it did rain while still trying to keep the original plan in place. I loved the decoration of the terrace- I thought the furniture and lanterns looked beautiful and appreciated that in the end they did put some white flowers in the pots with the olive leaves! Details like that made a difference.  Also loved that they managed to find some iris! I know it wasn't in season. The lion crowns were fantastic and the way the well was decorated was also so special and added a lot!! I thought the torches up the stairs worked out well, especially considering the cost savings.



The dinner in the Tapestry Room could not have been better either. Loved the vibe that Jazz Around Italy created. And all of the candelabra and the gorgeous white florals created just the right feeling. Elegant, but still very comfortable because of the natural feel of the greenery and also because of the chairs! Totally worth the extra money. I loved the color grey of the tablecloths with the chairs...did not clash with the tapestries on the wall, but rather made the whole room feel warm and not stark. Loved the unexpected extra touch of the individual flowers on the menus. :) The sweetheart table and fireplace was a standout...I think Katie and Tyler really loved that.  And SALZA...omg the food was amazing...and the service could not have been better. Everything was hot, things were timed so well, the wine stewards kept the wine flowing...it was all so professional and elegant as far as service. Yes, they were very expensive but worth every penny and we would use them again if we had it to do over, and choose the exact same menu. We were very glad we went with the extra pasta course rather than the sorbet. The limoncello I think was a very fun touch.



The cake assembly was so much fun for Katie and Tyler and I think that was one of the standouts of the night. People raved about how good the cake was.  The coordination of the music with the cake cutting and the timing of the fireworks was spectacular!!! The way that you managed to pull all of that was SUPER impressive. That could have gone wrong in so many ways.



The dance party in the Limonaia was a blast!! Everything was perfect with the timing of the first dance and Katie and Tyler's entrance.  The DJ was talented, played all the requested music, and had a good feel for the crowd. We loved the disco balls and lighting. Salza's bartender also did a great job and was very patient! The coordination of the buses at the end worked great as well.



In closing Martina- you and Laura (and Alessandra in the beginning!) and your amazing team of vendors- (including the photographer and videographer who I know worked SO HARD till the very end) truly gave Katie the wedding of her dreams. She has told me she would not have changed one thing!!!!



It was truly crunch time at the very end and nI know we all felt the pressure, but you totally BROUGHT IT, and MADE IT HAPPEN in the best possible way. We are both so appreciative at the level of effort, the pride you had in your work, and the artistic way it all came together. Logistics alone could have messed everything up, but instead this was another area where you shined. Your organization made all the difference.
Martina, we will always be grateful to you and cannot express to you how happy we were with Katie's magical wedding in Florence at the Villa di Maiano! We can't wait to share all of the professional photography and videography with you when we receive it!!

Dimitri and I can't thank you enough for the work you and your team accomplished for such a thoroughly well thought out, meticulously planned and executed 3 day event. My husband and I embarked on planning a destination wedding in Ravello, Italy without speaking a lick of Italian and without a sense of the amount of organization, logistics, and decision-making required to pull off the special weekend we imagined. EIW made the whole process seamless-- from vendor selection to pricing, design concepting to scheduling. Alessandra, Laura, and Elena, alongside a list of incredible vendors helped us to pull together a weekend itinerary of magical events we will never forget. The decor was beyond our wildest dreams - not a single detail was spared! Our guests are still raving about the design's the EIW brought to life months after the wedding. The team's organization, attention to detail, and professionalism allowed my husband and I to truly be present and enjoy our special weekend. We could not have been happier with their service from top to bottom. Wish we could do it all over again!

At the very start of our wedding planning experience, we interviewed over 15 planners. We are American and our dream was to be married in Italy, so naturally we spoke to some Americans specializing in destination weddings, and some Italians. Laura Frappa at EIW stood out from the rest given her (a) deep knowledge of, and close relationships with, top-notch Italian vendors and (b) impeccable creative taste.
After hiring Laura, she brought Alessandra Stefani from her team in to help and the two were just an unbeatable team. Throughout the entire process, Laura and Alessandra's advice, thought partnership, responsiveness, and general management of a seemingly endless sea of details was just impeccable.

Our initial reasons for selecting Laura and Alessandra turned out to be spot on - the vendors they brought to the table were UNBELIEVABLE. From photo/video to food to florals, down to the smallest rental or transportation/logistics, it was all perfect. On top of that, the creative / decor element was just gorgeous and went even better than we had expected based on the planning - Laura went above and beyond to make it all come together beautifully. She even surprised us with certain elements that we didn't plan but that were the perfect "cherry on top" to make the event that much more special.



As a result of their very hard work, our 3-day event in Tuscany, which incorporated two different venues, six different themes, and guests staying at six different local villas, was the event of a lifetime for both us and our guests.



We had MANY guests (young and old) tell us this was the best wedding they had ever attended. Laura and Alessandra played a huge role in making that a reality.
