Simply incredible. There is no other way to describe the impact she had on our wedding and on the entire experience of planning it.
She took our vague ideas and transformed them it into the most incredible wedding we could have dreamed of. She was exceptionally thorough, attentive to every detail, and left absolutely nothing unaddressed or to chance. She also works with a network of true professionals who are just as exceptional as she is - everyone delivered at an incredibly high level, from the styling and service to the best food we have ever had at a wedding.
What really sets Roberta apart is her creativity and ability to think beyond traditional wedding planning. She suggested wonderful touches like the perfume bar for our “bomboniere”, which our guests absolutely loved and told us made the whole experience so special. Everything felt stylish, refined and completely considered — and the limoncello fountain at the end had everyone in awe!
Most importantly, she made everything feel effortless. She handled the logistics, the details and even the more emotional moments with incredible professionalism and calm, meaning we could actually enjoy our wedding rather than worry about what was happening behind the scenes. We are so glad we trusted her completely.

From the very beginning, she was on top of absolutely everything. Planning a wedding in Tuscany while living in Australia had the potential to be incredibly stressful, but knowing Roberta was there made such a difference. No matter how big or small the question, she was always there – whether it was a quick WhatsApp, a long email, or one of our many intercontinental Zoom calls. Despite being on opposite sides of the world, we always felt like she was right there with us throughout the whole process.
I am definitely someone who likes to know that everything is under control, and Roberta may genuinely be the only person who could tell me “don’t worry, I’ve got it” and actually make me relax! By the time our wedding day arrived, we trusted her completely. We could just enjoy ourselves, knowing that she was quietly making sure everything happened exactly as it should.
She also made decision-making seamless, offering several options, and whilst she always provided her viewpoint, she was incredibly respectful of our final decision. It was a seamless experience.

Roberta is a true fairy godmother! She brought every one of my wedding dreams to life—turning my Pinterest boards into a breathtaking reality. She handled every detail with ease and thought of things I never would have imagined. When the weather turned unexpectedly cold that evening, she already had blankets ready, and at one point I even saw her effortlessly maneuvering a giant heat lamp like it was nothing. From the very beginning to the very end, Roberta was fully present, prepared, and invested. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

We were so glad to have found Roberta to help us plan and run our wedding weekend. From the start, she offered such helpful, tailored advice - ultimately guiding us towards an incredible venue based on our preferences, which we'd never otherwise have found. She listened to our wishes at every step, whilst also making clear recommendations based on her extensive experience and local knowledge - something we found very helpful. Roberta knew the venue staff and many of our suppliers personally, making the organisation and running of the event seamless. She is calm, thoroughly organised and a very warm and trustworthy person.
